First time at this specific Panera. I ordered off the app and it was ready earlier than expected. 2 salads with a bunch of modifications, soup and the mango drink. Everything was fresh and spot on! The broccoli cheddar soup seemed a bit watered down but I'll try again before making a conclusion on that.
It's pretty good. I usually get their salads. Or one of their sandwiches when I'm in a hurry. I haven't been disappointed yet.Vegetarian options: You can customize your selections

Fair onion soup. Chicken salad had grapes, but was fair. Croissant was too crusty and hard. Add: No chicken salad, no croissant, no onion soup.

I'm not sure about the quality evaluation of the food. However, there's an expectation of fresh food when you eat at Panera. You don't expect brown avocados nor withered greens on your Green Goddess salad. This is eating in disappointment. Unacceptable, especially when there's hardly anyone there.
