Thomas did an amazing job at fixing a no good (or less than optimally working) coupon from our nursing management that said it’d give us 50% off. Thomas was patient despite the three to four calls we had to make to clear up things between canceling on DoorDash, ordering on papajohns website, and remaking a pizza because DoorDash picked it up too soon! I’m positive this location is going to do a complete 180 with Thomas looking over the place (: thank you Thomas for helping us celebrate nurses week over at UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield!

Ordered chipotle honey bbq wings, and they’re plain, ordered Alfredo sausage pizza with onions and got a regular sausage pizza with no onions. Only three things were right with my order, the sausage with the regular pizza sauce and my cookie and bread sticks! Tried to call but line busy. I ordered two pizzas, a cookie, wings and bread parm sticks!!

Take out. Enough employees working not enough training for them. Appeared they were confused. Gave away food after trying it and hardly any veggies on it... Dry and taste less. Lousy pizza.

This is the second time we ordered double cheese. We were charged 22. 61. This picture was DRY as hell. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Alright, so we ordered over $50 in food and ordered delivery. The contract delivery driver (DoorDash) was caught on camera talking smack about how he’s sick of people not having lights on, not being around and he’s tired of essentially doing his job. He threw the pizza on our porch and continued talking while walking away. One order of wings was upside down on the porch. Our notes with Papa John’s specifically say “hand to customer.” We called and spoke with Eric the manager and he was empathetic and understood what happened (I’m sure it’s not the first time it happened.) He immediately corrected the issue and gave his apologies. The food was good, like it normally is. Eric went above and beyond to make sure that his customer was taken care of. We will be ordering again from PJ, but I hope that they have employees delivering instead of crappy contractors through DD.

I gave atmosphere a 5 but had it delivered. I've ordered Papa Johns in so many different states and I was shocked to spend $44 here in Selma NC for such bad, bland and coler than crap pizza. I will check reviews when I order out from now on. I don't suggest ordering from here considering the other reviews and the 3.2 stars. I own a business and if I had 3.2 I would be doing something different!!!

Been ordering from this papa johns off and on for the last 5-6 years. They're very inconsistent. About half the time you get what you order, no problem, it just takes awhile. The other half the time you get incorrect items, cold pizza, poorly baked food, etc. Been a few times the food straight up didn't get delivered. Had to call up the store on multiple occasions to try and either get a refund or get told to wait another hour while they remake the order.

Stingy toppings, very stingy toppings, overcooked. Couldn't eat the crust. Last 3 visits have not been good.
Please tape pizza boxes and food for delivery orders please!!!

My pizza was cold. Hardly any cheese. I could see so much sauce on the pizza but barely any toppings. My garlic dipping sauce I paid extra and it was cold. Look at how huge that one green pepper is. Money wasted.
