The experience was definitely awesome! The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a chicken wrap with Trent. Once I got my food, it was a salad and I told the young lady that I ordered a chicken wrap. I was not mad at all. Then KiShawn came out and spoke to me and asked me if I wanted the chicken wrap and told her no, it was absolutely fine that I got a salad (probably a better option anyways). KiShawn came outside again and said her shift leader, Dean, went ahead and made me a chicken wrap. KiShawn brought it out to me along with 2 brownies. Best customer service I have ever received! Thank you Trent, the young lady who brought the food to me, KiShawn, and Dean! Wonderful people and atmosphere!

The employees move like molasses in the winter . Slowest service on earth. No urgency … not a care in the world that the line is wrapped out the parking lot . And no it wasn’t because people ordered a lot of food . You can see each employee from all the windows and not one of them moved with a purpose . Never going back after 5 pm again .

NEVER FAILS day or night this place is a joke. Long line or long wait. Then they make you repeat yourself 10x while laughing. Ordered a simple meal at drive thru 7.10pm nobody else in line ahead of me.Got at least 7 young dudes in back playing around. Tired of waiting brung in my cup 1/2 full of soda for a refund(which took another 15min). TRASH....

Went to Slim Chickens for lunch. Dang if the chicken breast was any smaller, I might not have seen it on that bun. Very good job on the f/f were good and hot, and seasoned.
My first impression was this place is clean. I went to the bathroom to washy hands and had to be one of the cleanest fast food bathrooms I had ever been in and bonus, they actually have hot water in the sink. Next, the staff was warm and welcoming and answered any questions we had with a smile. Third, they have the good ice, the ice nuggets. So before I even tried the food, I was loving this place. And let me tell you they didn't disappoint. Some of the best tenders I have had from a fast food place, plus they give you options for your side. I had the wrap and fried pickles and my daughter-in-law had the tenders and fries. Both of us were impressed and left happy that we gave it a try.

Since this restaurant has opened I’ve been a total of 3 times. Each time there have been issues. The first time I went the wings and fries were cold. The second time I went through the drive through and after waiting more than 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me I left. Today I went through the drive through again. My truck was getting soaked with rain because of the poor design of the shelter at the window. When I received my food the tenders and fries were cold and the toast was old. The funny thing is when you open the box it says always made fresh. How can you serve cold tenders and fries when that’s basically all you sell. Needless to say I will not be giving them a fourth visit.
