This place was fantastic. The food was exceptional and worth every penny. The inside was very busy so my family went outside. All the tables were either dirty or missing condiments. The cashier was very nice and informative about the different selections. The sweet tea was absolute garbage. I don't know if the mixed the diet in the sweet container or what. The food was really good.
Customer service was great. The pretty girl that gave me my delivery order smiled at me so big with her beautiful bright eyes. DAMN!

I visited Slim Chickens on Monday, October 20th. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were fine overall. The chicken was decent and not over-seasoned, and the waffles were actually really good. I also tried the bone-in traditional wings with fries and a drink, which were okay but nothing special. My husband had a chicken sandwich, and he said it was pretty good.
For dessert, I ordered the cherry cheesecake jar. I had about two bites. The cherries had an awful taste and an even worse aftertaste, but the cheesecake itself was fine when I took another bite. There was also way too much whipped cream in the jar — I wonder if that could be optional, but at this point, it’s neither here nor there. I ended up taking some Pepto just to be safe because the cherries really didn’t taste right.
Side note, I still have the cherry cheesecake in my refrigerator. I could easily send a photo if needed, or if anyone wanted to test it, but honestly, it’s awful.
My husband had the banana pudding jar, and he said it was okay. I tried to fill out the survey afterward because I wanted to let Slim Chickens know about the cheesecake, but my receipt didn’t have a store number on it. It looked like it had gotten wet or smudged since it was stuck to the bag.
Overall, the food was okay, but not something I’d go out of my way for. I’d probably go to Zaxby’s next time.

My wife loves honey mustard but has a severe dye allergy, like she’ll go into hive reactions and anaphylactic shock with yellow, red, or blue dyes. I asked the cashier if he could check if the honey mustard had dyes and he just kind of stared at me blankly like he didn’t know what that meant. The manager overheard and said “well I mean how else would it be yellow?” and then walked off again. No one ended up checking and we left feeling really unimportant to the staff and management here. And totally shrugged off like my wife’s safety wasn’t a big deal to them at all.
For the record, just because something’s yellow doesn’t mean it has yellow dyes. That’s not even remotely how that works.

My mother and I ate here for the first time and we left beyond pleased! I currently have a leg brace and was accommodated by the staff beyond measure. They were super friendly ensuring that we had everything we needed and then some. Kishawn took our order and Latasha helped us more. The manager on duty even swapped out a side that I couldn’t have due to a food allergy without hesitation as well! Will be returning back frequently!

Staff there were very nice and professional... My poor grade on the service had to do with the paper towel rolls at each table.... Instead of breakaway napkin holders a customer has handle the paper towels to rip a napkin off... Our roll had previous customer sauce on it.... I can't believe the health department actually allows this... Also the tiny holes to put your garbage in makes it hard to throw away your garbage without becoming a human mess... I am in no way a germaphobe but i wish these things could be changed

Our food was phenomenal! We passed by this place on the way to a car show and gave it a try- I’m so glad we did- great service - very very friendly team! Next time I’m gonna try the fried okra and banana pudding - nom nom
I love this place. I am typically not one to eat chicken tenders, but something about the ones at Slim Chickens keeps me going back. Not a huge fan of the fries, but that doesn't matter since I can switch my side item to a salad or something else I might want.

They Do Absolutely Nothing To Prevent Your Outgoing Bags From Being Tampered With By Doordash & UBEREATS Delivery Persons. Your Bag Is Literally Just Handed Openly To Delivery Persons, With A Single Tie At Best. They Do Not Stable The Bag Sealed. I Repeat, THEY DO NOT SECURE YOUR FOOD BEFORE HANDING IT OFF SMH

I took my daughter to slim chicken on 09-26-25 and she got a tender meal and when we got home and started to eat there was a piece hair wrap around her chicken we look it back to slim chicken and told the manger with the red hair that it was hair on the chicken she snatch the bag out my hand took it to the back. It took less than than 5 min for the order to be re-made.That’s not the worst part get home starts to eat it’s the same plate with the same human hair on the chicken tender.I was going to call cooperate. Because she literally gave me the same meal she never change it out.

However the staff was terrible at taking our order and then they completely forgot to give my debit card back. Would definitely eat here again.
