Wife and I ate there for the first time before going to a play at Neuse Little Theater. Was surprised to find the restaurant almost full which indicated to me that it was popular with the locals. We both ordered simple dinners, cheeseburger and Swiss melt with fries. We both agreed that the meat was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crisp. Service was friendly, and waitress checked back with us often. Price was reasonable.

The website looked so good I had very high hopes however my food tasted old did not even receive the slaw and pickles that said came with my sandwich . Ate cold soggy sandwich with no sides and the so called home made mad and cheese...no it's spiral pasta from a box hard not cooked crunchy with some milk and butter.

We tried this spot again before a show in Selma. It has been several years since eating here. They appeared not overly busy with only one party ahead of us. We were seated within 10 minutes or so and then everything for the visit was kind of slo-mo, especially between taking our order (entrees were a reuben sandwich and grilled pork chops with mac and cheese), which were nothing fancy. The pork chop on the menu was a 14 oz chop, which ended up being 2 half-inch chops bordering on over-cooked. Mac and cheese was mostly mac; they did bring additional cheese sauce on request. Reuben was OK but not spectacular. Before we finished I asked for a take-out box and the check because by now we were short on time. They were brought promptly. I put up money with our check to be picked up. Never saw our server again before we got up and left. Not inclined to go there for a while.

I stopped in on a whim after looking at the options in the area and was not disappointed. I had the shrimp and grits, grilled shrimp instead of fried as described on the menu. I was a little surprised with the spice in the first bite, but it wasn’t anything overpowering. Cooked perfectly and great flavor! Staff was friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and attentive. I would definitely stop back in.

We sat there for about 20 minutes and no one came to serve us. They gave us a menu, but never came back

I wanted to love this place because it was uniquely named and the decor inside was fun farm animal themed, but I just was so so on the food. We had this fried egg roll type thing that had collards and pork in the middle. They were so tiny, about the size of a AA battery I feel like. I also felt like they were overcooked and dryyy. The cheesesteak sandwich I had was incredibly good! The tots were also good. I tried the meatloaf from my husband's plate and it was just meh. I usually don't love meatloaf anywhere except made at home.

Best place to eat in South Park. They even sat me at the table with a great view of Kenny's house.

Very welcoming, casual dining- we’ve been several times now and we love it! I don’t typically like bbq, so I got a burger last time which was super good, but this time we tried the bbq nachos and they were amazing! The philly’s were good too. Can’t wait to try more! Probably the best part was our server Jami A. She is genuine, kind, and attentive. Excellent service! Thank you!

BBQ place but only serving pork and smoked chicken. May be I should have tried their burgers, the smoked chicken I had was dry and plan test. Service was good.

I went to SoDoSoPa last night to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the salmon which is my favorite entre at this restaurant and I was very disappointed. The salmon was overcooked and had little taste and the broccoli was below par. The only tasty item was the potato cake but it was not as good as past orders. The restaurant does not have a wine list so I was quoted a price for the glass of wine I ordered and when the bill came it was more than quoted. I also ordered a hamburger to go for my daughter. The Mushroom Brie hamburger was burnt and had no taste. The brie tasted more like white cheddar cheese sauce than brie. The bun was soft but stale tasting. I don't know what has happened to the quality of the food here. I doubt I will eat at SoDoSoPa again.

Food was excellent!! Great ribs, properly cooked chicken, slaw and broccoli get high marks. Potato cake....well everything can't be the best.

Lucked into on street parking at the front door.

We will return...probably Monday!
