LIZZ HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED‼️ SHE SEEMED TO BE HAVING A BAD DAY AND TOOK OUT HER FRUSTRATIONS ON ME AFTER I PAID MY MONEY. As much as I love Sonic’s this one is leaving a bad taste in my mouth for the franchise in its entirety always slow, service is blah and i regret it everytime I come here where’s the we are hiring sign cause their has to be SOMEBODY who will serve people with better attitudes and in a timely fashion

After 10 minutes in Drive-In, I had to go inside to get service. Floors were sticky, tables were dirty, customer service was poor!

Waited for more than 20 minutes at the pull
up space with no service, then drove through the drive through in hopes of getting quicker service, but waited another 10 minutes at the speaker and STILL didn’t get service! People were leaving left and right! Plenty of workers on break or moping around. So disappointing!!!

Came here on my break from work to get dinner for myself I only had about 30 minutes to get food and get back to work. I ordered then proceeded to wait for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru behind a car. There was no update on when my food would be ready. I finally pulled around and went inside. Then was told me food wasn’t ready so I had to leave with no food and wasted my entire break. No apology or anything.
