If you want to wait over 30 minutes to receive cold food this is the place for you. I placed multiple orders so when I checked into the stall I let the team know. 20 minutes later I got one order and I let the gentleman know I had one more item I was waiting on. An additional 10 minutes later I contacted the team through the stall just to be told I needed to wait. I let them know my frozen items were melted at this point and wanted them remade and was told I needed to place a new order. Then a kid comes out with my missing item and threw it at me, didn't even bother to have the respect to apologize or place it in my hand. Absolute garbage of service and quality.

We placed a pickup order on the app but ended up getting stuck in bad traffic caused by a wreck. I was unable to cancel our order/or edit the pickup time in the app and the app told me to contact the store for help.So I called the store and explained my issue and I was immediately told there was nothing they could do for me and to call back in the morning. She didn’t offer to remake my order for me when we finally arrived, she didn’t even ask my name to lookup my order. She just snippily told me to call back in the morning and they don’t have anything to do with the app.We finally got out of traffic 30-45 mins later and decided to still go pickup our order since they didn’t refund us. Our drinks came out watered down and our food cold. They didn’t bother to remake anything for us and gave us drinks and food that had been sitting for at least 30 mins.I know it’s Sonic and I am not expecting fine dining but it seems pretty reasonable to expect that you have capabilities to work with your app or remake cold food for your customers.

Waited over 30 minutes for our order.. waited 11 minutes after the stall said Jay is on the way w your order.. called inside and we got, we are busy we will try to get it to you soon.. it's just us and another car. Drive through just going and going.. 16 min later we get our food and yes it's cold... we come here often and NEVER had this horrible of an experience. Waisted hard earned money. We are getting icecream from elsewhere.

I had never experienced such a disastrous situation. My purchase was a hot dog, and I can tell you, the dirty water hot dogs, that are sold on the street's carts, do taste like filet mignon compared to the Sonic product or I should say products, because what my wife ordered was also a disaster. I Never again visit a Sonic franchise, no I will recommend it to anyone.

Staff can not seem to get the orders correct. They ask several times what you ordered. And when you receive your order some of the food is already cold.

I have traced the theft of my debit card information to someone working at this location. About $400.00 of charges for wigs, hair products and food appeared on my account. My bank is investigating.I would NOT use a debit/credit card at this location.

Dakota proceeded to take the orders before me and after me. Dakota told me to wait, then I’m sure the lady in the gray vehicle had ordered her food via the app, I’m still waiting in the drive thru and there is no vehicles waiting before me and no customers in the lobby, the cars are pulling in and the drive thru line is getting long. I then said hello after waiting 15 minutes and no response. Mr David walked outside and ask if I can pull up to the window. Then Dakota start taking everyone else orders. I see why restaurants are closing due to the lack of professionalism,.
