Been To This Starbucks Many Times And Never Had A Problem Until Today 01/18/26. I Place An Order @ 6:30pm . Drove To The Drive Thur Like 6:55pm and They Was A Huge Line Wrap Around. I Couldn’t Get Out Because Theirs No Way Out. It’s 7:23pm Finally Got My Items But Food Is Cold. Honestly They Need Something Bigger And More Cheerful People. Honestly I’m Very Disappointed With This Location.

My husband went in to do my order while I was on the phone to tell the girl what I wanted, I told her I wanted vanilla cafe Frappuccino and she said we have vanilla bean and I said that’s the one without coffee and I don’t want the one without coffee and she said oh I gotcha and I still ended up with a vanilla bean crème that I didn’t ask for!

This store makes good drinks! I get the same order the majority of the time, but they have been consistent when I go. I wasn't able to get to an order after it was made, and a staff member remade my drinks so they were hot, excellent customer service. The only drawback is there's always a long and slow drive thru line. I think of the shop hired more people to make drinks for online, drive thru, and in person orders, the wait would reduce.

Hadn't been to a Starbucks in years and decided to give it a try. 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches(with no sides) and 2 small coffees. Sandwiches were definitely microwaved and the coffees were nothing special. I just don't see the appeal of spending so much on so little. Maybe I will go back in a few more years. And you want a tip for a drive thru??????

Been here twice now. Averages about 20-25 minutes for a cup of coffee. Coffee is fine everyone friendly, but take a book.

I waited 20 minutes for a iced shaken expression they forgot the order and when they finally made it they did not call my name and did not apologies once. Don’t recommend going here. Plenty of coffee places in the area that are far better than place. Staff needs to learn customer service jobs need to have Customer SERVICE.

Every single time I go to the Smithfield location the line is wrapped around the building and I get stuck in line for a minimum of 20 minutes. I should not have to wait that long every single time I want a cup of coffee from Starbucks. You guys need to figure out out a way to be more efficient. Multiple people were pulling out of the line because of of how long it takes. Happens every time I go.

I went there today and tried to get my drink and the said that it would take 15-20 minutes to get what I ordered. It took 40 minutes to get my order and I never got it. This is the busiest Starbucks that I’ve ever been to.
