I stop buying from Starbucks a couple of years ago, I trying again and it was worse, I never and ever again tried to buy from them

This Starbucks is okay but the bathrooms aren’t always clean. When I approached the girl at the counter to let her know both of the stalls needed attention, she gave me a dirty look and could barely get out a rude “ok thanks” out of her mouth. I honestly wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t for the fact that the local coffee shop closes so early

Update 12-1-23...still slow.
Update 11-21-24...still slow. After waiting 15 minutes for a latte, I got a refund. The music was so loud I couldn't wait any longer. Came home and made myself an AWESOME latte in about 4 minutes..

Great atmosphere and staff ! Very good quality food and drinks served with kindness . I just wish the preparations were a little faster because they didn’t have a lot of staff working when I went . Great place tho and very nice people from what I’ve seen so far ! 🥰💖💖
Vegetarian options: Crispy grilled cheese on sourdough, Tomato and mozzarella on focaccia , Everything bagel , All cake pops and sweets ! 💖🥰💖

the drinks are always good, however the atmosphere is terrible. i recommend just going through the drive-thru. no one inside talks to you, or welcomes you at all, it’s almost like you’re not welcome, which is strange because i’ve always had a good experience with the drive-thru. maybe it was just a bad time that i came in but it was very off putting. overall good place just maybe make sure the crew working is okay, good service doesn’t come from unhappy people

This store is extremely slow. I am an avid starbucks person but even if you place an online order 15 to 20 minutes prior to arrival, you still wait 15+ minutes for your order.
Made a mobile order at this location once and my partner and I arrived around the estimated time that it said it was done. We waiting around thirty minutes waiting on two drinks, until my girlfriend asked if they already made it because there’s always a possibility that someone could’ve stolen it. Turns out they haven’t made it because it didn’t show on their device. A blonde girl said to give HER a second. we waited another thirty minutes and clearly she forgot about us and our drinks and said “oh, I thought they were working on it.” Who else could’ve worked on it? The other guy was sweeping wearing headphones when it was clearly busy. We had shit to do and waiting an hour just for coffee is unbelievable.

The amount of calm I thought I would have walking into this particular Starbucks was not at all what I expected! As a student of all things loud such as deathcore, metalcore and the occasional Brooks and Dunn album I was taken back at the concert level acoustics that rattled me from the first step inside, was it cold? Was the floor sticky? Was there even anyone at the register? These are all questions I could not answer as my eardrums were assaulted with the cacophony of noise coming from the ceiling! The only thing I could notice between the beats rocking my 33 year old mind was the flys encircling me like I was their GOD? I’m just a middle class normal person who spends 30 dollars at Taco Bell whenever I have a bad day, is it bad for me sure but Heaven is full of free food that doesn’t go to your hips so this is just temporary until I can get into that club, the type of club that won’t assault me like some cheap trick named terry as soon as I walk in the door, the chipotle next door smelled good though so 2 stars.

Only Starbucks that spills the coffee, hands it spilling, lid not on and offers no napkins. Worst Starbucks in the area. At least the tea was pleasant enough
Update: i thought I'd give this place another go but worse than last time. My daughter's refresher was made with bad strawberries and my espresso Frappuccino was made with something other than what I ordered. I have stomach issues and this is my usual drink at other starbucks. I instantly got sick. I wish this statbucks would do better but for now I'm avoiding it at all cost. Not worth it 👎
