Surprised to find that this place was rather busy, and consistently, not just in waves. The staff were professional, but not particularly warm and fuzzy. And the design and setup did not really allow for any private conversations. The one wall was like one very long bench, and the tables were on top of each other. Not really conducive to conversations or private meetings.

Slow service, every time I stop at this Starbucks they are out of something. They haven’t mastered supply chain or demand signals from customers. SBs is normally a win - this one just misses the mark.

on weekends it's better to avoid this place. everything is very long. waited for my drink for about 40 minutes. and how can you expect to take a drink and leave?

Feel bad for the workers as they were highly understaffed and it was a 20 minute wait to fee anything. After waiting 20 minutes for a frappicino it tasteless. In the rush they must have missed an ingredient. Very disappointed. Would skip this location if you’re traveling through

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.as of right now I been sitting in the drivethru for 28 mins and still 6 cars ahead of me with no let up in sight

Everything about our order was great. Customer service was good as well BUT it was without a doubt the dirtiest Starbucks I have seen. Trash can was overflowing where you have napkins and other self serve items, the floors had trash and the bathroom needed attention. I was nervous to look behind the counter just thankful I was not there to order a food product.

Unfriendly, didn’t greet me, made me wait with no customers. They seemed to be pissed about something. That gave me a coffee with almost all milk and didn’t put the top on all the way. Garbage service.

Went in to get a mug from NC as I started collecting them. I ordered my usual Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I’ve ordered this drink many times before so I know what it’s supposed to look like and taste like. My first one tasted solely like oatmilk. I made the line again and asked that the brown sugar pumps be added but the barista offered to remake it completely at no charge. I would have been okay with just the pumps but appreciate their willingness to redo it. There were many people there who were on their headphones evidently working on something so the space provides for that comfort to sit and work.

Extremely rude service with one of your assistant managers or managers she is a female she was visibly very irritated that we where having troubles to pay and she had the rudest attitude on a day that was special to me my birthday I just hated the service here over the food was pretty good

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to get two drinks—and there were only four cars ahead of us! The inside of the store was relatively empty, so I have no idea why service was so painfully slow.

When the employee, Olivia, took our order, she was short and sounded irritated—definitely not the kind of customer service you expect. When we finally got to the window, I asked if they could offer a wait-time discount since 30 minutes for two drinks is completely unreasonable, especially for a location right off the highway, where most people are just passing through and don’t have time to waste. She refused and said she couldn’t offer a discount.

I even asked if they had anything complementary—not because I needed it, but because I felt like my time was wasted, and good customer service would have acknowledged that. Instead, Olivia made no effort to make the situation right.

This was a terrible experience, and I won’t be stopping at this location again. If you’re in a hurry, avoid this place unless you have time to waste!

Most of the employees are awesome, very friendly, and have gone above and beyond with customer service. My only complaint is they don't keep their posted hours :(. The drive thru is almost always shut down at least 10 min before close. I just tried to go in to repurchase a cup of coffee because the barista messed mine up. She had to have realized she done it b/c it looks as if she tried to correct it vs remaking the cup. That's fine whatever but the fact that I can't repurchase a decent cup of coffee (made correctly) when they are supposed to be open aggravates me to no end. Why stay open until 10 if you actually aren't going to stay open until 10?! It's 2 nights a week! It's not like this SBux is right down the road from me. I drive 15-20 min on the interstate to get here, it's my favorite place because of most of the employees, but if I had driven 20 min I would be beyond pissed. All I am saying is post the hours you are actually going to respectfully & consistently keep!!
