on several different occasions, I have tried to order a skinny vanilla latte on the app but it states “no vanilla syrup at Smithfield location”. I have called the store and was told they turned it off on the app because they were busy. I tried ordering on the app this morning and had the same issue. I called the store and spoke with a guy and was told the app did not show they were out of vanilla syrup on “their end” and that I need to close my app and try again. after doing that numerous times, it continued to say out of vanilla syrup. I called back and spoke with a lady. she pulled her app up and I heard her mumble in the back ground that it stated it on her app but when she got back on the phone, she said that it didn’t show they were out. she gave the phone back to the guy I spoke to previously and I told him this is unacceptable that this happens all the time. he again stated that it did not show it on their end. I will attach photos of it showing out of vanilla syrup then when I hung up with him, about 3-4 minutes later, the app showed that they had vanilla syrup. this is NOT OKAY that because they are “busy” they can control the app stating they are out of ingredients because they are trying to control how busy they get. they will not get another penny from me! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

edited version… the bot told me to go to a website to give further information. that is just as useless as the store custom service. tried to chat…waited 5 minutes for an agent with no movement. tried to send a message and could not. FIX IT STARBUCKS!

Smithfield NC location needs new management or new employees. It took 50 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru to the time I left. That includes me having to go inside after I got my drinks because they made one of them wrong. The lady at the drive thru insisted it’s what I ordered, but it looked nothing like it usually does. I took it inside and the barista inside said they made it cream based instead of coffee based by mistake. Absolutely unacceptable wait time and customer service. Step it up Starbucks!

This place needs some serious help. Takes 30 mins to get a drink in the drive thru. Once your in the line you can get out so your just stuck. Hire more people or get better management. Maybe get someone from clayton or garner location because they can keep the line rolling.

Stood at the counter several minutes with no one in front of us, and despite several people behind the counter, no one ever acknowledged our presence in any way. Can’t review the coffee because we weren’t given the option to buy any.

If you have time to camp out for an order then you’ll be fine. Drive thru wait time is a PAIN. Waited 15 mins for an order of two drinks

This is literally the best Starbucks ever I have tried so many other Starbucks and they are never as good as this one I get my refresher made with water and it still have SO much flavor

The wait time in the drive thru on average is at least 15 minutes or more after you reach the window. Expect to be there for at least 45 minutes from the time you get in line until you drive away with your order. Going inside takes even longer. This is the reason for the low score. The beverages are always delicious. Parking: Be careful when parking because the cars in long, slow drive thru line will have you blocked in for 20 minutes or longer. Feedback: Hire more people and a few of this issue would be resolved.

Dunno if it’s the people ordering in the drive-thru or the workers, but each time I go I am stuck in the drive-thru for about 20mins to get a coffee. Every time I’ve gone, everyone has been extremely polite though!
