In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

This store makes good drinks! I get the same order the majority of the time, but they have been consistent when I go. I wasn't able to get to an order after it was made, and a staff member remade my drinks so they were hot, excellent customer service. The only drawback is there's always a long and slow drive thru line. I think of the shop hired more people to make drinks for online, drive thru, and in person orders, the wait would reduce.

I really want to give 5 stars because I truly love the matcha drinks here! But the consistency isn’t always the same. Sometimes the drink comes out a rich dark green, and other times it looks so light—almost like a milkshake 😅. Even when I pay an extra $1 for more matcha, it can still be too light.
