I came in at 9:30 at night, there was two ladies working and one lady was a little older and she was very very kind.

It was a quick and easy experience. I had my steak and cheese sub toasted. Everybody was wonderful.

Ordered some subs on the app and had honey mustard listed but there was none on there, just yellow mustard and it was so much I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointing.

Every time I go in there to order rather it's the men or the women workers I get rushed to order my food or an attitude from them just because I'm coming in & ordering a lot of food at once , ppl may come in behind me or not but when I come in I just dont be ordering for myself im not that damn greedy plus i be forgetting ingredients but I have seizures i can't help that but I'm not going to keep being disrespected by these damn workers either so if it happens one more time I'm asking for a manager which i never see & if that doesn't work somebody getting cursed out & my business going else where !

I miss my older ladies who work here! They never disappointed us. These young kids need like another month of training. They didn’t wipe the knife after making all these other subs and then cut mine. There was a sharpie right in from of them and they were trying to write with a pen. It was so hectic in here they were all squeezing in trying to get Ingredients on the subs they were making instead of just going two at a time. The one poor older lady working with them was trying to help them but you could tell it was hard for her bc they weren’t registering what she was saying.

I came in at 9pm trying to get served they claim they close at 10. The worker was sitting on her phone and had the door locked when I came up to the door she basically looked at me and refused me service. Very unprofessional

Ordered a foot long turkey and the employee went to the cooler and came out with a handful of turkey in no container and then proceeded to put it on my sandwich paper thin. Canceled my order immediately and I won't be back.

I’d give 0 stars if I could, they don’t even deserve one! Especially the actual owner of the store. Made an online order, called to ask if they could wait about 10 minutes before making it because we were held up in traffic and they proceeded to say the food was already made and that was ok with us. When we arrived to the store to pick up the food, we then found out two of the subs won’t made because they were out of the meat the subs needed. We asked them why would they say our order was done when we called and they said they got the orders mixed up. At that point we just decided to not take the other subs because they would had been soggy by the time we waited for them to make the other two subs. So we asked for a refund and they said there was no manager there to do that. Well we asked what to do and they said they will call us back when a manager gets on duty, well that never happened. A week later an no call back. So we called again and they gave me the number to the owner of the store and he was just as rude as they get. Said it’s on us we didn’t take the food, I’m like sir, the food wasn’t complete because they were out of the meat so how would we take food that won’t made. Said he won’t taking money out of his pocket to pay us back for it. Rude. Rude. Rude. I’m getting my $51 back even if I have to sue. And I’ll sue for my time wasted as well. All the workers there has attitudes as well.

If I could give no stars I would they gave me terrible service and then didn’t even make my food right and refused my refund so if you want subway I’d advise you go to a different one unless you want terrible service

Customer service is a joke.I ordered a delivery via the website and only part of my order was delivered. When I called to restaurant to tell them what happened all they said was "well you can come in and get them". Hello, if I could get there I wouldn't have had to order delivery in the first place. Then I was told I had to request a refund from Door Dash, Again I didn't use Dior Dash. Finally it was " you have to come in to get the refund".
