Usually good but I ordered on line with less mayo on my tuna sub and there was enough on it for three or four subs so couldn't taste the tuna. Two young girls working and not paying attention to what they were doing, just get it made and bag it and move on to the next order.

At 8:30 on a Saturday night they are out of bread and the door is locked. Not sure how they don't have ANY bread in stock especially with a Walmart next door but ok.
This is a 2nd review made 3 months later... I gave them 3 stars originally now down to 1 smh. This store is horrible. The service was just ok. I'd like to support my local subway but considering 2 of the 3 times I've been here there was an issue I certainly will never be back. I thought I'd give them another try since I received some coupons in the mail but was told by the young man working the counter that his boss ASHVEN does not allow them to accept the coupons. I'll keep them to use at another location since this one doesn't want my business. So I walked a few doors over to Jersey Mike's where I happily paid full price for EXCELLENT service by 3 gentleman, food was fresh and delicious even though it was about 20 minutes before closing. The staff was happy to take my order and answer all my questions considering it was my first time there. Well Jersey Mike's will now be my Go-To for sandwiches. Good luck to anyone wanting subway, I don't recommend them and I will never be back to the Smithfield location. My advice would be skip the headache and head over to Jersey Mike's.

Normally, I always go to this subway because it is very convenient for me and most of the time my subs are always really good and the people are very nice inside but I recently went there and got a BMT 6 inch I went to bite my sandwich and there was a long piece of hair inside my sandwich. The lady did not have a hair net on, but had very long hair. I also asked for extra lettuce on my order and did not receive that. I was very disappointed. I had to throw my whole sandwich in the trash. I tried to call the subway multiple times, nobody would answer. This event happened on September 3, 2025

I went in there last night around 8:00 and I ordered an all American club 6 inch brought it home and not long after eating it I was throwing up and using the bathroom all over myself. I think I got Food poisoning from there you guys need to check your meats and stuff to make sure their not old

I will NEVER go back to this Subway! NEVER! Worst service ever, worst subs ever, we each took one bite of our foot longs and threw them away. That's 20 bucks wasted. The little girl waiting on me was too busy being worried about what the other girls were doing and talking about. She had me repeat my toppings multiple times and I told them to her one at a time to begin with. I told her I needed nachos and she never got them just stood there looking at me like I had three heads. When she put the toppings on there it was enough to barely smell it but say mustard or mayo and it was running out the ends of the sandwich. I was contemplating just walking out in the middle of the whole ordeal but thought better against it but I certainly wish I had. Subway was my first public job when I started working at 15 and I can tell you this, back then, you damn sure would not have behaved that way and had a job to tell about it. Sorriest and most inexcusable behavior ever.
Got there at 9:40 PM. They close at 10. Just wanted some cookies. Guy standing behind the counter motioned at me. With a question mark On my face, I pointed to the sign on the door that said 10PM. Bump you guys.

I walk in, there are three workers present, 2 females and one male. The guy had just come to the dining area as I was walking in and one woman was cashing out a customer, the other walked to the back and then a minute later came out to get something to drink. I stand at the counter with no other people in line. The workers are chatting, getting something to drink and exchanging cash from the tip jar on the counter with cash from the register. This goes on for another couple of minutes with no acknowledgment of my presence at all, so I leave. I tell my fiancee and he goes in to ask when the manager would be in, but they said they didn’t know who that was or when they would be in, nor did they know the number to corporate. When he asked why I couldn’t be served, they said they were too busy…the man still in the dining room hanging around the chip cart, the one woman still exchanging money from tips with the till, and the other still sipping her drink and laughing with her coworkers. The only one who would answer any questions was the one with the drink, the other two just spoke in Spanish and kept laughing and giggling. All I wanted was a dang sandwich!

They’re a little too rushy, I had ordered on door-dash and they didn’t get my food right. Every time I go up there they always have a funky attitude. It’s not my fault that you work at subway honey. They need to up the pay or something because they’re all crack heads
