Same old food,ok but workers didn't seem real happy,ok but they are slipping fast

Normally, I always go to this subway because it is very convenient for me and most of the time my subs are always really good and the people are very nice inside but I recently went there and got a BMT 6 inch I went to bite my sandwich and there was a long piece of hair inside my sandwich. The lady did not have a hair net on, but had very long hair. I also asked for extra lettuce on my order and did not receive that. I was very disappointed. I had to throw my whole sandwich in the trash. I tried to call the subway multiple times, nobody would answer. This event happened on September 3, 2025

Workers were incredibly rude and saying rude stuff about me right in front of me. First time at that Subway and will not be coming back.

I went in there last night around 8:00 and I ordered an all American club 6 inch brought it home and not long after eating it I was throwing up and using the bathroom all over myself. I think I got Food poisoning from there you guys need to check your meats and stuff to make sure their not old

Got there at 9:40 PM. They close at 10. Just wanted some cookies. Guy standing behind the counter motioned at me. With a question mark On my face, I pointed to the sign on the door that said 10PM. Bump you guys.
I walk in, there are three workers present, 2 females and one male. The guy had just come to the dining area as I was walking in and one woman was cashing out a customer, the other walked to the back and then a minute later came out to get something to drink. I stand at the counter with no other people in line. The workers are chatting, getting something to drink and exchanging cash from the tip jar on the counter with cash from the register. This goes on for another couple of minutes with no acknowledgment of my presence at all, so I leave. I tell my fiancee and he goes in to ask when the manager would be in, but they said they didn’t know who that was or when they would be in, nor did they know the number to corporate. When he asked why I couldn’t be served, they said they were too busy…the man still in the dining room hanging around the chip cart, the one woman still exchanging money from tips with the till, and the other still sipping her drink and laughing with her coworkers. The only one who would answer any questions was the one with the drink, the other two just spoke in Spanish and kept laughing and giggling. All I wanted was a dang sandwich!
They’re a little too rushy, I had ordered on door-dash and they didn’t get my food right. Every time I go up there they always have a funky attitude. It’s not my fault that you work at subway honey. They need to up the pay or something because they’re all crack heads

There's been a lady working there lately I think her name is nori, she's always friendly and does a great job. I hope she stays there.

I came in at 9:30 at night, there was two ladies working and one lady was a little older and she was very very kind.
It was a quick and easy experience. I had my steak and cheese sub toasted. Everybody was wonderful.

Ordered some subs on the app and had honey mustard listed but there was none on there, just yellow mustard and it was so much I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointing.
