We planned this 50th birthday party weeks in advance with management. We arrived a week before to pay the deposit, speaking with management and staff, again. We arrived at the party with no one having any clue or idea of the party and with nothing set up. The waiter was great but was clueless about the party. The food was absolutely horrible, and it had to be sent back numerous times. This restaurant ruined my 50th birthday party.

Servers and managers cussing up a storm, screaming in the kitchen , horrible service because he’s too busy playing with fellow coworkers. Continuously had to ask for our refills and proceeds to just bring a class of tea with no ice to pour in our cups. The atmosphere in this place is so unprofessional and it was my birthday dinner with my mom and we didn’t even want to stay for a dessert.

Service was terrible. My family and I sat at a table and spome to the manager twice and still no server showed up. Watched as employees played on their phones and laughed around the restiramt. Will never return or recommend this restarant to anyone.

This is the most unprofessional eating establishment I have experienced in a long time. My family and I were seated and ignored for about 30 minutes while others seated after were being taken care of. The manager Jeannie has no control of the staff. The staff were laughing loudly and falling on the ground. I spoke with the manager about the poor service. After bringing this to the manager attention, we were still ignored. We walked out and went to Outback. Ownership, please check the cameras from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm April 4, 2025.

We eat at Texas steakhouse every time we come to Smithfield . The food is always great and friendly service highly recommended

I ordered a 12 oz. Ribeye steak and I know for a fact that they brought me a smaller steak and charged me for the larger one. I ordered my steak medium well but they brought it to me tough and well done. The so-called loaded baked potato was brought to me with less than a tablespoon of sour cream, 4 quarter-inch slithers of green onions, and about 6 tiny tidbits of bacon bits. I'll never go back there. The only bright spot was our waitress.

Never made it to a table. Hostess didn't know how to do her job!

Understandable there was a wait however when our table did come up the hostess was not very kind the server did not know what she was doing forgot half of our order and we got sat at a broken table in a corner next to an entire family at a table in a circle of about 12 very annoying couldn't even hear each other talking

We checked in and told a 10 minute wait, two other people checked in behind us, a group of 4 and a group of 2. They seated them before us, when I confronted them it was ohh sorry, I don't know how that happened.

We paid over 1,000 and the waitress was barely serving and acted over whelmed.

It's improving a little bit now that people are doing back to work. Covid hit a lot places hard, and this place was no exception.

Jazmine S. Provided prompt, courteous, service. Our orders were right, hot and delicious. She continued to check on us and our drinks never went empty. Highly recommend sitting in her section.
