Service was very professional and friendly! I ordered the tilapia/mojarra and even though it isn't like the ones I'm used to preparing at home(smashed garlic with salt spread over the tilapia) it was OK and it came with hand made tortillas. Now the picadita was delicious ?. My husband ordered the chorizo con huevos and said he liked it. For anyone seeking AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD, this is it!

I FORGOT THIS PLACE

It's not the best looking place. It got what has to have which is tables and chairs. BUT,BUT,BUT the food! Omg delicious! Best hand made tortillas and gorditas and the menudo is good too. And the prices were affordable I was surprised about that too! Very delicious ?

You can often find great food hidden in little family dinners, NOT HERE! It’s a little restaurant in the back of a convince store. I was craving tacos. The waitress said they don’t have ANYTHING hard shell. They are an authentic Mexican restaurant. Well If that’s authentic, I don’t like Mexican food. Choice’s for meat are Beef tongue, Guts! Yes Guts!,chopped steak,chicken and pork. I tried chopped steak but it was tough and full of gristle. Had to ask for sour cream and cheese and the tortilla bread was stale. My wife had chopped steak in her Gorditas but could only find refried beans in them.We would have taken our usually couple night out picture but the back drop was the beer cooler. Our coke was served in the glass bottle you open with the opener attached to the table with a string. Atmosphere was a loud TV playing a Spanish movie with Spanish subtitles. There was One nasty restroom.If they don’t clean the restroom, You have to wonder about the kitchen.The only nice thing we can say is the staff was pleasant. It’s probably a good place for the local farm workers to have lunch. We were the only people there at 6:30 Friday night. We tried some of the food then went to a place we knew because it was my 60th Birthday dinner.This place was VERY disappointing.
