Literally every single time we’ve gone to this location the ice cream machine is “broken”. How are you an ice cream based shop and never have ice cream? Tonight (4/16/24) the employees were all outside sitting at one of the tables so I’m assuming they just didn’t want to get up and work? Either way, pull it together please!
The wait time was long. One of the blizzards ordered was a royal blizzard (it was not royal). When asked we were told it is royal the sauce is in there then covered up. It was not in there at all .. no sauce.

Although the DQ Blizzards are great, the restaurant sometimes advertises items they do not have. Overall, customers appreciate the thoughtful service and delicious food, highly recommending it for a satisfying dining experience.
