Domino's Pizza in Sneads Ferry

“Really good store. Always clean, a BIG plus. Delivery is fast. Food is rarely fixed wrong, i mean it happens, but no one is perfect. They make up for it. When something is done incorrectly I won't say anything unless it impacts my eating experience. When that occasionally happens, the manager quickly and without making it difficult for a customer, gives me a credit. Sometimes it's for the whole order which I try to turn down, it's not necessary to credit my whole order when only one thing was an issue. Mind you, I'm Not complaining, it's just not necessary to do all that to make me happy. But I do appreciate the effort, and, especially that it's not a difficult experience to get the issue fixed. Some places make me crazy with how difficult they make things. It's like they don't trust me. Over a silly $10 or $20 dollars they prefer losing a customer entirely. And with me they do. Dominoes keeps me happy so I return again and again.
Polite, friendly employees who don't act like they hate their job - love that. They dont say goodbye on the phone which is a pet peeve of mine, but apparently its how its done, nowadays. Sigh. I'm old school ... and, really, I'm just plain old, lol.
All in all, i have a very good local store here in sneads ferry, nc. Thanks guys!
