Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Trash is constantly piled up inside and out. Drink machine is down half the time. Chips are never available (make more chips…somehow Moe’s does not have this issue). They prioritize online orders over walk-ins. There are a couple great workers, but mostly the customer service is terrible. It’s an inconvenience to have them do their job. Chipotle needs to separate out the catering business from the restaurant.

My first trip to the brand new location in Southern Pines NC. (02/09/2023) I downloaded the App on my phone and ordered PICK UP from the app. I received a text immediately saying my I had a free side with my order and that my order was complete and for me to go thur the “Digital order drive thur..”. It seems they are still working out the kinks. We placed our order online at 5:30, with the soonest pick up time at 7:20pm. We arrived at the window at 7:25 only to be told that they were just filling the orders for 6:50pm, and that it would be about ten minutes. We were then told we could stay at the window and wait the ten minutes, by the young girl working, or we could drive around and park. We chose to not block the window.
