3rd time is not the charm….everytime I come to eat at Southern Pines Chipotle the dining room is closed. Today I placed an app order and the pick up line is 10 cars back because the dining room is closed AGAIN! I won’t be coming back.

Chipotle has always been a place where we enjoy somewhat healthy food for an affordable price. We’ve been at this location at least four times since it opened in this area. Sadly we feel is being neglected. Only one kid taking/preparing orders while 3 others standing at the drive through/online order station. Trash cans overflowing with trash, drinks station overflowing with ice, the floor was dirty. Not enough plastic ware. All tables looked dirty, bathrooms missing toilet paper. The bottled drinks station by the cash register look pitiful, only a handful of drinks. Please send an undercover boss so you can see it for yourself. This chain is a good addition to our area, please give it some attention.

Save your time and money. This location is always disappointing. I ordered take out via chipotle website. I showed up 30mins later to the restaurant just to be told they have no steak or queso for my burritos. I asked for a refund and was told there’s not a manager there. I called their customer service line and was able to request a refund. I would appreciate if an employee would call customers when they can’t produce any of their products. Chipotle is too expensive for low quality service.

No staff too stay open past 8 even with the new 11pm sign on door ,, staff sucks rude and won’t serve you ,, can’t get inside after work from 730-11 doors are locked

I eat here once to twice a week sometimes and have a really good experience, food is almost always warm and the staff is way more friendly then they were when they first opened this location I have more good experiences here then bad! Just wanted to say the positive since no one seems to come to leave a good review only when things are wrong!

This is the worst chipotle ive ever been to in my life. Dont come here unless you have an extra 5 hours to wait for your food. The chips are always stale and its not worth wasting your money on. Got my food after waiting for 45 minutes and its freezing cold .

This is the 3rd time in as many weeks we stopped in to get a bowl and many of the sides were not available. Each time it has been between 530 and 6 pm. You would think the line would be fully filled. Today there were no peppers and onions, black beans, any of the beef selections management really needs to take a look at their customer service

Did a mobile order that said it would be ready at 6:50 on 3/10/24. Showed up at 6:48 to a line of about 40 cars. Tried to go inside to avoid the line but the dining room was closed. Did not get my food until 8:30pm. ( fun fact - dropped my brother off at RDU airport for his 7pm flight prior to getting back into town and putting in my mobile order - he landed in NYC from RDU before I got my food)

The Pinehurst NC is awful. Waited in drive thru lane for an hour and a half. The drive thru is only one lane so you’re stuck. There was 15 cars in front of me and 40 cars in back of me.When I got to drive thru window they could not take my order if I did not order online.

Overall not bad but we did wait a while to order, there were about 7 people in front of us. I placed my order just fine but the lady must have had a hard time hearing my husband because she was trying to add stuff he didn’t ask for so I’d just suggest that your speak loud and clear to avoid that issue. Our food was fresh and tasted good. We both got bowls with the brown rice, one had steak and one had carnitas. These were both delicious and fresh. We would give them another try.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle. First, I ordered online at 710 and the order was supposed to be done by 720. I didn’t leave the store with my order until 740. 20 minutes of waiting for a pickup order that should’ve been done.the point of an online order is to go in and grab it and leave. Not wait 20 minutes. I could’ve ordered inside and been out 15 minutes before my online order that I placed at 7 LOL. I had 7 families come in after me that all left before me. Then, this is what I waited 15 minutes for? A shrivel of chicken and rice and the entire container of sour cream and guacamole. I threw out 90% of it bc it was just caked in that mess. I drove 30 minutes from home just to eat at this place and was very disappointed. I wish I would’ve gotten a refund
