My first trip to the brand new location in Southern Pines NC. (02/09/2023) I downloaded the App on my phone and ordered PICK UP from the app. I received a text immediately saying my I had a free side with my order and that my order was complete and for me to go thur the “Digital order drive thur..”. I worked all day, thought to myself, let me get chipotle for dinner, why not right? well, I go in there tell the girl I want a burrito, choose my rice, beans, look at the proteins, no steak… so I say, “there’s no steak?.” she says “no” after looking in it to make sure. This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been to. Their portion sizes are laughably small, it’s always a huge mess inside (tables are never clean, food spilling out of it’s container and into other food containers behind the counter and the drink station is beyond disgusting), they constantly mess up online pick-up orders by not putting what I had ordered or adding ingredients I never clicked on.
