My first trip to the brand new location in Southern Pines NC. (02/09/2023) I downloaded the App on my phone and ordered PICK UP from the app. I received a text immediately saying my I had a free side with my order and that my order was complete and for me to go thur the “Digital order drive thur..”. Impressive, they have a lane just for pick up! It was really, really fast service, the drive thur was super fast, the staff was friendly and polite, and the food was AMAZING!...read full review
Avoid. Always been a fan of Chipotle, but even Taco Bell could do better than this location.
Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Consistently understaffed or out of supplies. Managers really need to reevaluate their processes
