I’m a big Chipotle fan, having regularly eaten at them for years in all the places I’ve lived. I was excited to see one open in Southern Pines, but avoided it for months based on the poor reviews.
Tried this location twice in September 2024, one order drive through and one in store, and glad to report great experiences each time. Extremely fast service and the standard Chipotle experience I was hoping for. Will be going back.

Thing are shaping up for the SP chipotle! Large portion and quick service even during the bustle of lunch rush (1pm on a Sunday). The food was very good. Much improved. I got in and out quickly. Everything was in stock. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the bathrooms were out of order

I have a good experience every time I eat here! The food is fresh and the service is great! I especially want to write a review on these two employees, Turner, who has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE FOOD, HE ANSWERED QUESTIONS WITHOUT BE SHORT TEMPERED, and he was very fast, but neat with my food! Another employee was Anthony, he was very helpful to Turner and was also very efficient and helpful on his FIRST day! They were very helpful to one another...
