As a life long lover of tacos, I've found that simplicity and good ingredients are key. TLM delivers on both these fronts! I'm ecstatic that this taqueria exists and will likely be a regular patron. I'm not sure if I went on a low ingredient day but my hope is that they incorporate pork belly and shoulder into the menu.
Went here for the first time a few days ago and I'M IN LOVE! I'm from the west side of the country where Mexican snacks and food are in abundance. Since moving to NC, I've had difficulties finding my favorite snacks from home and other items. I was hesitant to visit at first (it was getting late) and I'M SO GLAD I WENT! I always go there for many of the items I need for preparing my Latin dishes. HT is iffy when I need tomatillos, poblano, manteca, etc. They are a great resource for most of the dried chili peppers I might need as well. They are exceptionally polite and charge very reasonably for everything I buy. They also have a food truck right there with some excellent Latin food items in the menu. Definitely check it out!
