Maguro Hibachi Steakhouse

My 7 year old grandson took me here last night for dinner - it was my first time and his second and it was just as great as he said it would be - fun entertainment and the food is amazing!

Love this place, great Japanese food. There lunch bento boxes are an incredible deal, large portions of great food at very good prices.

First time at this place. The atmosphere was inviting and very spacious. The staff were very tentative of drink refills and the food came out fast. The sesame chicken was the best I’ve eaten. The chicken was perfect. My wife got the hibachi steak and the carrots were not done. It was almost 41$ for us to eat fried calamari, sesame chicken and 3 drinks. The soup is not clear soup, it is miso, we did not enjoy it.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room if stroller is needed.

First of all, the service is great any time. They are very attentive without becoming a nuisance and are friendly.

Their standard rolls are textbook and fresh, with no frills or twists which is good.

The layout of the restaurant itself could use work; it is a large place but the flow isn't very good and is very distant.

The specialty rolls are okay. they should come up with some that are less bland, but not all of them are off track. One big thing I have consistently observed here is the specialty rolls are too large, making them more difficult to eat.

Its a good place fora sushi lunch, and it is better than many around them.

We had a 5:30 reservation and were told to “wait in the lobby until your hibachi table is ready”. The restaurant was near empty other than the dozen employees, we had two people in their 80’s who would have wanted to sit down, order something to drink and some sushi before the hibachi service began. If someone makes a reservation, seat them and serve them a drink. After several minutes sitting in the lobby, we left and went next door to Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, where we were promptly seated and served. Maguro is a poorly run business with non-existent customer service, we will never return.

Eat there at least 3 x a month. Excellent food and service! I highly recommend , if your having family or friend gathering they can and will accommodate you!

Filet and Chicken both tasted rotten. Low quality meat. We left hungry snd unable to eat the meat. We ate a few bites of rice, salad and veggies.
