Me and my family had reservations to eat there and they treated us as if we weren't there.. We waited and waited, and other peopke were being seated before we were. By the time we were seated, we had done lost interest. Sorry, will not be back

My husband wanted to surprise me with a lunch with family for my birthday. He chose Maguro, upon arrival, no one greeted my family and I. The employees just looked at us, but greeted another customer the moment she walked in. There was an older gentleman who sat on his phone the entire time. We were patiently waiting to be seated, mind you, my husband made a 1pm reservation. Finally he acknowledged us and seated us but his demeanor was not friendly and he seemed impatient and was rude. So we just got up and left. I’m huge on customer service and this was just terrible.

Custer service here is non-existent! I reserved a 1pm slot for a group of 8+ individuals, arrived and no one served my family. After waiting, we told them that we are here for a 1pm reservation. We were instructed to sit until the room is ready. After waiting almost 20 minutes, no one checked in with us, we once again had to ask them about the area we reserved. The manager allowed us to enter the dining area, his attitude was terrible, he acted like we were not welcome. We decided to dine elsewhere. If you are expecting amazing customer service, this is not the place! Not friendly!

This spot is sure to please! It is a regular occasion, for my husband and I, to enjoy a bite to eat here. The pink lady roll is our FAVORITE! Tonight Jedy, the sushi chef, surprised us with a little something. Totally unexpected, so kind and thoughtful. This is one of the biggest ways, for me, to show great hospitality, making people feel special. Jedy, thank you so much for making our night! We enjoyed it immensely and even more so your kindess!

It's pretty great for Hibachi, sushi, & the showmanship. If you don't go for the show, try to pick an off time. Otherwise, expect to be waiting for drink refills if you're not loud and noticeable. We tend to eat here multiple times a month, and sometimes, it's on point. Sometimes, it's a little lacking. The guys on the party table side are great and very good at their craft.

This is hands down the best hibachi I’ve had—and I’ve tried hibachi restaurants all over the U.S.! Every single item on the menu is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What really sets this place apart, though, is the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly, making each visit a great experience. My family and I come here often, and it’s consistently amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and even better service!
