Took the entire family for dinner and we were looking forward to the bread sticks and when they brought them out they looked like dried out hot dog buns. No garlic butter seasoning on them and they were kind of dry. We asked the waiter did they change the bread sticks and he said this is the 3rd time they've changed them. Why? Those bread sticks were the main reason why we like going to Olive Garden. Oh well, we may not be back any time soon.
Quite possibly the most incredible fast casual food service experience I’ve ever had. The service was incredible, our waiter was so nice and attentive. We were too full for dessert, but he brought us some of the mint chocolates and said “I brought you free dessert anyway.” Incredible. When you are at the Southern Pines Olive Garden, you are truly family.
Wasn't the greatest experience but wasn't the worst. Aside from service the food was great. We requested to sit away from the bar upon arriving as we always request this at any restaurant, the manager seemed upset by the request (we told her we could wait and it was no problem) but ended up seating us per our request. The waitress was impatient when we told her we needed more time to look at the menu and kept coming around the corner and checking to see if we were ready....
