Quite possibly the most incredible fast casual food service experience I’ve ever had. The service was incredible, our waiter was so nice and attentive. We were too full for dessert, but he brought us some of the mint chocolates and said “I brought you free dessert anyway.” Incredible. When you are at the Southern Pines Olive Garden, you are truly family.
Wasn't the greatest experience but wasn't the worst. Aside from service the food was great. We requested to sit away from the bar upon arriving as we always request this at any restaurant, the manager seemed upset by the request (we told her we could wait and it was no problem) but ended up seating us per our request. The waitress was impatient when we told her we needed more time to look at the menu and kept coming around the corner and checking to see if we were ready....
Food was very good, plentiful servings with ample seasoning. Service however was poor. A young lady came in who sat down behind us that was either a current or former employee that was a hit. All the servers flocked to her table and neglected us. We had to wait on water and soda refills several times. Overall the visit was good with no wait time for seating, with the dining area and facilities being clean.
