Listen!!!!! The noodle bar spicy ramen!!!! Top notch!!!! I remember having this Ramen when it was the block. The flavors were flat, lack luster, and plain. NOW…vibrant, flavorful, and bold. It’s definitely hitting the spot. I wasn’t in favor of the service when I entered the door. As I waited the guest behind me were recognized first. I absolutely love this place. When they’re consistent, they have the best pho I have ever had. However, as stated, the issue is consistency. Some days the broth is less flavorful and unseasoned, the noodles are dry and undercooked, etc. Though, about 80% of the time, they’re on top of it and it is absolutely phenomenal.

food was great - we had spring rolls and fried calamari to start. Then Pho Bo (beef) and pho Ga (Chicken) for our noodles. Delish... Service was awesome as well. it took a while for our noodles to be served but it was worth the wait.
Highly recommend.
