Drove 40 minutes to visit Kitty Hawk and get cookies to take back with our family. The lady working locked the door right before we walked in and when I asked through the glass if they were going to open back up that day she shook her head no, annoyed with me and that was at 1pm… we were pretty disappointed having to leave when the store was supposed to be open for the rest of the day on top of the staffs rude attitude.

Very disappointed online it says open but when we got to the store the sign on the door said ovens were down but there were two people in there making cookies, we drove an hour to get here

Crumbl Kitty Hawk closed according to a sign on the door because of a non functioning oven. DON'T PLACE ONLINE orders. They charged me and of course made no cookies for me and now I have to get my money back somehow.
These are some of the best cookies I've ever eaten. The atmosphere is great and the staff is always very friendly. I absolutely love coming here every week to try the new set of cookies! I also deliver with Uber eats and they are always very fast, efficient, and friendly every time I come in for a pick up. Thank you!
