Customer service over the phone was terrible! Starting with barking at me "you need to order online we don't take orders over the phone". That was the first clue to choose another place to give my service too. Mobile website is not user friendly. When issues with the order happened the lady on the phone could only respond "everyone else can use our system" what happened to helping the customer & how can we fix this????
