The worst side for our wraps which were bananas and they are so tiny, that it's a crying shame, unbelievable they would serve this too there customers.

Staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, but I went out of my way to visit this location and I won’t be doing that again. They were out of key menu items (like chocolate for smoothies and most chip selections) and the bathroom was out-of-order during my visit.

The açaí bowls were tasty, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the shop left a lot to be desired. All three of our bowls were extremely sticky, and there were no napkins or paper towels available in the customer area—not even in the restrooms. We had to come up front and ask for them.

The tables were also dirty, and the front door was covered in fingerprints. Given how sticky our bowls were and the lack of basic cleaning supplies for customers, it’s not surprising that everything felt grimy. When I politely informed an employee that the restroom was out of paper towels, the response was noticeably unfriendly.

We were the only customers in the store at the time, and while there were several staff members present, no one seemed to be concerned with cleanliness. It’s disappointing, especially when the food itself was good.

Super courteous staff! Delicious smoothies. We had the Avocoloda and the Bahama Mama. Very clean atmosphere.

This is the best Tropical Smoothie on the beach. Great service and the smoothie is always blended properly.

Very disappointed with the service. Went to a tropical smoothie and ordered a quesadilla. Made the order and was told to pick it up by 1153. I showed up at 1150, and noticed my order was not in the pickup area. A young lady asked if I needed to order and I said no, I have a mobile order. 20 minutes later I am asked again if I am ready to order. I explained again that I was waiting for a mobile order when an older lady in the back said to the worker my order is not important and to worry about the in-cafe orders. 10 more minutes go by, and I am given my food. I get to the car open my food and it is ICE COLD. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said they were refunding my order. Days later and I still have not been refunded for a order that was ice cold.

Kind and accommodating employees serving refreshingly healthy options for lunch and dessert. I’m loving the hummus veggie wrap with a jalapeño corn side. So good!My 10yo thinks the banana strawberry smoothie isn’t sweet enough but I’m not upset about it. That tells me the ingredients are natural and I need to curtail her candy intake on the heels of Easter.

Vegetarian options: Meat can be omitted and quesadilla and salads stand good on their own. Extra veggies can be added to everything my family looked at for an upcharge.

I'm used to come here a lot and get a smoothie. But I would always add collagen a lot of other vitamins. There's been a couple times they have made my smoothie and added divitaments over to the right of the counter before looking at the employees. But they are have been a few times I have noticed that they don't add them in depends who's working. I wouldn't mind but I have to pay another 5$ for the extra so I've said something 2xs now and they fixed it after I said something saying that theu forgot but I shouldn't have to say anything do I just started going to obx bean cade they're really good too
