Ordered BLT. Picked up at drive-through window. Got home to enjoy only to see that the bread was burnt black to a crisp. Completely inedible. How anyone could prepare and serve this to a customer is astonishing to me. Zero quality control.

Amazing bagels and cream cheeses!

The bagels here are so good, they're probably the closest thing I've had to a real NY bagel in the south. The Taylor ham, egg and cheese on an everything bagel is a revelation, it doesn't get much better!!

The food is usually good at the Bagel Docks. But at this on
there is apparently an issue between employees and they are arguing in front of a bunch of customers this morning and it's an incredibly unprofessional. It makes the atmosphere incredibly negative. This is the first time I've ever been to this one but it'll probably be the last. I was going to dine in and do some office work while I was here; but I think that's not going to happen because of the arguing. Thanks guys... work out your employee problems behind the wall where customers can't see you or hear you. Otherwise you're just driving customers away.

Bagel dock is a solid spot. The people are all nice, while still dishing stuff out in a quick manner. The bagels taste fresh almost always and that makes a huge difference. I've been here quite a few times over the past year or so, both dine in and take out. Both are good options.

Great bagel place in Southport. Unlike other breakfast/coffee shops that have a bagel on the menu, these folks make their own bagel and provide a variety of cream cheese options. Honey/walnut and strawberry CC were really good on their french toast bagels.

The only odd thing about this place is not having a designated waiting area for your order so a bunch of folks are just scattered in the dining area.

We always like picking up a salt bagel from here. However, today we were surprisingly shocked! Called to place our order (because you can’t order at the drive-thru window anymore, must call ahead) was on hold for 13min, when we pulled up we were still on hold and she told us we have to call ahead.. that’s funny. We placed our order with her and waited for our food. When picking up our food, we were missing our drink and side of cream cheese, we noticed an employee DROP A BAGEL AND PUT IT ON THE COUNTER NEXT TO ANOTHER BAGEL! We let the employee know that got us our side of cream cheese that we just witnessed that and wanted her to know, she told us “there is no way that happened, we throw everything away that we drop” we told her we just saw this girl drop the bagel and put it on the counter.. she rudely said “okay…bye.” And shut the window on us. I then called the store and asked for the manager.. the phone was given to the “Owner”. She was very rude and said they are so busy and they try their best.. WHAT!? She did not acknowledge the rude employee OR the employee that picked up a bagel from the floor. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

My last two brunch orders were wrong. Last Saturday, the lox spread was just cream cheese with a few bits of lox in it. It hasn’t always been like this, but the past few months it has been disappointing.
