The shape and the hole resembled what it should look like..but after that something seemed way off taste .some important ingredients seem to be missing..was edible but not delicious

This was a quick stop for lunch. The bagel selection was great. The cheesesteak was good on the asiago bagel. I plan on going back and getting the French toast bagel with apple cinnamon cream cheese.

Ordered BLT. Picked up at drive-through window. Got home to enjoy only to see that the bread was burnt black to a crisp. Completely inedible. How anyone could prepare and serve this to a customer is astonishing to me. Zero quality control.

Amazing bagels and cream cheeses!

The bagels here are so good, they're probably the closest thing I've had to a real NY bagel in the south. The Taylor ham, egg and cheese on an everything bagel is a revelation, it doesn't get much better!!

The food is usually good at the Bagel Docks. But at this on
there is apparently an issue between employees and they are arguing in front of a bunch of customers this morning and it's an incredibly unprofessional. It makes the atmosphere incredibly negative. This is the first time I've ever been to this one but it'll probably be the last. I was going to dine in and do some office work while I was here; but I think that's not going to happen because of the arguing. Thanks guys... work out your employee problems behind the wall where customers can't see you or hear you. Otherwise you're just driving customers away.

Bagel dock is a solid spot. The people are all nice, while still dishing stuff out in a quick manner. The bagels taste fresh almost always and that makes a huge difference. I've been here quite a few times over the past year or so, both dine in and take out. Both are good options.
