Tonight we ordered take out dinner from Bella's. We have been patrons for many yrs. My husband order chicken picata and I ordered the scallops special. It was take out. My husband's order was fine but my scallops were burned. I called and talked to the Mgr who was civil but not friendly. I told her the situation and t hat I had taken a picture of t he scallops. She didnt want to see the picture and all she obviously wanted to do was just deal with the problem by giving me a discount for my meal and be done with the situation. When I told her the credit wasn't my concern but the disappointment from the kitchen was my concern, my way of trying to give her feed back she quickly said I have talked to the kitchen, didn't 2 want to see the picture just wanted to be done with me. So disappointing after all the yrs we have enjoyed Bellas. I appreciate the discount but wasn't t he point didn't appreciate the attitude.

I know they say it's all about the inside, but not when it comes to my calzone. They burnt it to a crisp. My mom has had problems with them and their service isn't that great. 2 out of 5 stars

Very disappointing. Service was very slow. From the time we were seated at 6:15 (we had a reservation), it took an hour and half to get our food. We did say something to the manager and our server at 7:45 asking where our food was. The owner responded that they took our order at 8:02, which is wrong! I had eggplant Parmesan which was not very good. The eggplant didn’t taste fresh. My husband had a Stromboli and he said it was good. There are much better Italian restaurants in the area.

5.0.....Unexpected detour for the work week put me in the hotel next door. My best meal of the week by far. Sam the bartender was attentive and cheerful and the food spoke for itself.

6 of us had dinner and everyone enjoyed their meal. The calamari was excellent. The entrees were delicious, but the franchise and picatta sauce was a little bland. I added the garlic oil from the bread and it was great. We all took leftovers home.

Even though new owners, still disappointing. Drinks were great along with the cream of spinach soup. One guest had the baked penne and the other pasta carbonara. Well the penne came directly from the oven while the carbonara was very cold. Whose problem is it the server who had no sense of quality or the chefs that cannot time various dishes. Either way, other than a good bartender, food and service with new owners is not worth it.

*gave them another chance, holy crap it was SO good this time. Absolutely perfect. Fantastic lasagna, the crab casserole was absolutely amazing!! Cannolis were so good too. I will absolutely be back. Again 😆

Tried to call. Doesn't accept calls. Noodles. Fantastic. Chicken parm. Not good. Hard outside, got a good crisp. , However, Raw inside. Way too little sauce. Really wasn't worth the money. Bland as well. Wish they would have answered the phone instead of putting it here as a review. Tried to make a nice dinner for my mom. She didn't est it either afyer I had to microwave it.

I Always get the lasagna & it’s Great! Tonight I went with a different pasta dish. I ordered
Penne Pasta with Bolognese. Horrible! The pasta I was served was Corkscrew Pasta. It looked like a child’s plate for $19. Meat sauce was disgusting! Our waitress never told us about the night’s specials bc if she had I would’ve chosen something different! She did tell a new table of about 15 people about all the nights specials…working for the Big Tip! She didn’t serve fresh Parmesan on our food either. Don’t care if I ever go back…no one likes paying for bad food!

Stopped in for take out while staying next door at the Fairfield Inn. Staff were friendly and offered helpful suggestions. Vegetarian options available. Canzone was tasty and generously portioned.

The meal was delicious. I had eggplant parm, my partner had spaghetti and meatball.

Drinks were good. However, we were taken back on the price of the cosmopolitan (house vodka), $15. My partner had a Kettle One martini, $13. Crazy the house cosmo was more than the Kettle One martini. I questioned the waitress. She said that m’s correct.

Makes me want to give up drinking alcohol.
