Ordered 30 minutes ago and when reached store they said please wait for 10 more minutes just for 1 thing have to wait for 45 minutes its not good

my first issue was ordering, their a.i ordering system got half my order wrong then when i pull up to the window a lady was HALF NACKED in the kitchen and they guy she was talking to was smoking a vape in the back giving me nasty looks, when i finally got my food and paid and left the fries were undercooked and still partially frozen! i will not be returning to this location

The absolute worst. AI drive-thru yet it takes 10 minutes for anyone to help you at the front counter with no customers ahead of you. They won’t call out your order when it’s ready, and the chicken is going to come out raw half the time. Stay away from this location, what a joke.

Good luck with the drive through. 3 out of 4 times you come here you have to pull over in the curbside pick up spot while you wait on food to be made. How is this possible? It's consistent. On top of that, always out of something. Bojangles is great but location matters a lot. This one unfortunately is one of the subpar ones. Good luck if you're in any type of hurry.

Little lady at the front was very nice and apologized for long wait. They need more employees like most of the fast food joints. Like Bojangles and will go back.
