Waited in line for 20 minutes and then they wanted me to wait longer for food to be prepared. They no coffee at 930 in the morning.

Long time to get order. Not very fresh. This was my second visit at this location. Same song and dance. Not a very good store. If I try a third visit here... I guess it's my fault, then.

This place is complete chaos behind the counter. For starters they didn't have 1s so they were giving quarters. Out of bbq sauce, out of steak. Employees constantly yelling at each other. They don't seem to have any sort of system. Waited at least 20 minutes for food and finally asked for a refund after watching everyone who ordered after me get their order. Every window sill was full of dead flies.

Not only was the food horrible the person at the drive through window kept my credit card and used it to purchase food. My wife was driving and I had just got out of surgery. We were both out of sorts and did not notice till the next morning. We had to cancel the card after trying to constantly contact the restaurant for hours. Trying to find a human being to solve this problem has been a nightmare. Not I have to wait till I heal to resolve this issue as we cannot get anyone to answer the phone and cannot find a corporate number to call. Bojangles does not mind taking peoples money but they hide when someone needs help.

Lady at the window was very rude, when I asked for another sweetener packet (got a attitude) the hash browns were yellow & the biscuits were hard. I eat at Bojangles all the time in different places &this was by FAR the WORST.

Paid for bo size but received regular portions. They were out of large cups and also forgot all the condiments I requested. I had to drive around and park to go inside to get sauces.

The AI GENERATED drive thru ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!! Decided to go in and order.... They are definitely struggling with it!!!!

The food was good. Took a long time to receive it. Bought coffee to find out filters weren’t even working.
The employees by the window and cooking were standing around, cursing and speaking negative to each other. Not appropriate while customers are in the restaurant. Plus side, the young lady at front register was sweet and attentive.

Biscuit was old steak was old and tough. The only place in Southport fast food wise to get a biscuit and was a pathetic choice

I’ve been going to this place since they’ve opened and I’ve never had a problem. Never written a review for anything but this is just sad. I ordered my family and I food and the AI system didn’t get it right. They don’t even repeat it back to you. I get up to the window and the guy hands me a my drink and the lids not on so it spills all over me and in my car. Instead of handing me a napkin he said “you good” like um sir are you asking if I’m okay?😂. So I just say i guess and leave. Get to the house to hand out the 3 meals everything is wrong but my food. Gave us the wrong drinks and the wrong food. My family said whatever it’s food so we are eat it and i find a HAIR in my food this is Absolutely disgusting. I get that it’s fast food but that’s just gross
