When this Cookout started to operate, everything was running good. The last couple of times I have visited, I have noticed how the service is deteriorating. They have been slow to take the order, as if they have a 50% of the employees they should have. The food has been good, but the atmosphere and service need improvement.

This place was awesome when it opened. Now all you receive is burnt recooked, oily filled fries. Rancid fruit in the milk shakes. ( My banana shake tasted like liquor it was so old ) will happily give my money back to McDonalds and that’s just sad

Great food. I was surprised at how good the food was. It's almost as good as a very high end burger at fast food price. I had a chocolate shake that was as good as every high end shake shops.
Parking: I'm disabled and found it very easy to use their handicap parking
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker with wheels. I think a regular wheel chair could go on small ramped sidewalks and doorway

I had originally given them 5 stars, but like every restaurant in this town, Cookout is now slipping like every other establishment here. The last two visits have been failures. Today’s visit was super frustrating as I pulled into the second drive thru lane and proceeded to watch at least 8 cars come in behind me, get service, and leave, while I waited for the two cars in front of me to be helped. Then the cashier handed my order to me but forgot my shake. When I got home, I discovered my order was incorrect. My previous visit resulted in food not being included in my bag so I had to return to the restaurant to get my correct order.
I don’t know what the problem is here with restaurants, but it feels like this town is cursed. It’s incredibly frustrating because we have entered the era of too many Karen’s complaining about dumb crap, so when you have a legitimate issue, nobody wants to listen. I’m sick of wasting money on garbage product or not getting what I ordered.

Hamburger was totally overcooked. Char burnt kind of stinks, because the toppings were excellent french fries were soggy and oily. Onion rings were incredible Coke that I ordered with little ice was perfect.
It's...... Okay. There is a major language barrier with a lot of the workers here that makes it impossible to order sometimes. Nothing against them, but I do wish they had better speakers taking the orders so that they don't keep getting messed up.

The food has always been on point! When we first started visiting, the restaurant was fast and very dependable. Lately, there have been some workers who don't quite understand English working the drive which can make ordering extremely difficult. I have had a few instances where I have had to go back to get missing items. Only maybe three times in all. I check before I pull out now! That is my fault, they are very busy at 4:30 pm on the week days! I can image weekends are worse. The food has always been fresh! Fries can be hit or miss

Fries could be crispier. Portion size of onion rings could be larger, but portion size of fries was fine. Service good and fast. My wife said I was rude and terse when ordering, as it’s difficult to order for 4 people in a drive through. But the cashier was friendly and tolerant of my poor behavior. I wonder if they have an app to avoid this situation. It would also be nice if they have a dining room, since I don’t allow eating in my car.

First time here and was glad we did. Didn't know it was a drive thru only but the quality of food for the price was really good. Orders were correct fast and hot. Was impressed with the double burger and flavor was great. The BBQ style chicken was good bit it was only 2 chicken tenders on a bun.
