If i could give zero stars i would for customer service. The girl that takes order & at the window ALWAYS has a nasty attitude! Then when you ask for your plate & sauces to be in a bad she slams the window as if it’s a problem!

In comparing this to fast food or other Cookouts; this is new, clean and efficient. Food is consistent with cookouts quality. Also, I've always loved that I can get a corn dog as a side.

This place is a fast food barbecue style type of place that sells I don't blame sandwiches and ribs and burgers and stuff like that. They have really good shakes and a lot of selection for that. The food is okay. The service at this location was not great and we did have to wait a while on the drive-thru.
No inside seating.

Ok yeah. Why is the food ALWAYS wrong. Why are the burgers seriously just always bad. Flaky buns. No taste. Maybe a small squirt of ketchup and that's your burger. I'd ask my 10 year old nephew to cook me a burger if I wanted what I get from Cookout. So tired of paying for stuff when it's always crap.

Stopped in after work, ordered a double tray, burger, corndog and wrap with a shake, got up to the windows and all I got was the corn dog, wrap and shake. Food quality has definitely gone down since they opened.

I usually never have anything bad to say about this cookout but, I went with my mom and the girl taking the order was rude as soon as I pulled up to the speaker and gave me attitude the whole time then ended up giving me and my mom the wrong food.
