You have to try this place—it’s amazing! This is my absolute favorite Asian restaurant. The Vietnamese-Thai fusion is a total success, and the Pad Thai with pork is an absolute must-try.

As a former DoorDash driver, I can tell you this spot is always busy—and for good reason. My wife and I even brought her grandmother here, and let me tell you, she’s notoriously hard to please when it comes to food. Not only did she love it, but a few weeks later, when we called to check in on her, she was trying to recreate the dish she had here because it was that good!

I ordered a to go order through DoorDash. My order arrived at my work and I didn't have a chance to look at it right away. I had 3 customers in a row. And I kept checking the package to make sure that it was still hot, and it was. I had ordered the chicken wraps and spring rolls. My stomach had been a mess all day and I knew that that would help it. I couldn't wait to tear into my lunch once my last customer left.

Upon opening my bag, I realize that they sent me somebody else's lunch! Not only that but it was a lunch that I could not eat! It was 2 shrimp dishes over rice! I don't know about you, but when my stomach's tore up, I cannot eat shrimp. I was so upset!

I tried to reorder and pay for it thinking, okay so they made a mistake. No big deal, I'll reorder, repay and I'll get my meal that I want and need to help my stomach out. When I went to choose a delivery time and day, the only day available at that point was Monday sometime midday. It was Friday before Columbus day! That was crazy! So I contacted corporate to see if maybe one of their drivers could make a quick stop in and pick up my meal on their way to drop off someone else's meal, as my office is on a main thoroughfare. They said they had no ability to arrange that on their end. Well, if they have no ability to do that, and I have no ability to do that, who has the ability to do that? No one I guess. So, if there's any issue with your meal, their service is completely useless and unable to handle any problems. That means they're business is problem based, not solution based when it comes to solving issues like this. I sat there and shook my head. I canceled my DoorDash account immediately. I will never order through DoorDash again.

As for the restaurant...I have had their food before, and it's excellent! But on this day, when I really needed them to perform, because I was sick at work, and I truly needed that meal to set me right, they screwed it up. Look everyone makes mistakes I get it. Truly I do. But to just refund somebody with no explanation and with no apology, especially when you have another way to reach out to them, it's like a phone number, is a little unprofessional.

I work a ten hour a day. I ended up not eating until 7 PM that night because I could not leave my workplace until then. I was so frustrated by the end of the day that I just went home instead of stopping by the restaurant to get my meal that I wanted.

Not sure if I'll reorder delivery from there again or not. But... if I do, it'll be from another delivery service for sure. Not sure if it was DoorDashes fault that the wrong meal was delivered to me or the restaurants. However, they should have been willing to go and pick up my new order and drop it at my office for me, considering the circumstances. The restaurant is their client. And they should have been wanting to support their client, as well as me as their other client. The restaurant did allow me keep the lunch that was delivered. But that was useless to me considering the circumstances I was in. If I order from this restaurant again it will be for pickup only where I can verify the order is correct.

Quality food and flavor here. Portion size is almost 3 meals worth or at least two large meals. So per price everything is very reasonable. Could easily be split with someone. Appetizers are worth it here also.
