The two very young ladies that were at the register are not welcoming. I entered told them my order rolled their eyes at me asked if they had plates was told why I said because some give them out and they were like we don't do that here sorry. When I come to a restaurant I expect to be greeted happily whether you like your job or not I understand that these two young ladies are young but that's the time that they need to learn everyone else in the store was very nice and welcoming but these two girls just had their faces scrunched up the entire time I felt like I was being judged for ordering Papa John's they definitely don't like working here

Delivery was all wrong, no way to stop that from happening and they write to you in an email to offer you a DISCOUNT for the next purchase bc of screwing up your order, you pay for things you will not get! DO NOT BOTHER!

I picked up multiple orders from this location on Tuesday, just after the flooding. Cam was working the whole store by himself but still had a friendly welcome for everyone! He did an amazing job keeping things moving out the door. I’m sure he was completely exhausted but he did a great job!

Night manager is what he called himself hope after tonight when I speak to higher management he'll be fired! I call up there and ask him about why he said that when asked about the food being ready he said that the apps always wrong! Then he's going to say I don't pay his salary and laughs and hang the phone up! Unacceptable on all levels they should fire him immediately then the lady that picked the food up he told her it wasn't ready when it was ready then when she said told the other gentleman thanks for getting the food the manager guy tonight says don't come back c u n t! Management should fire him immediately immediately

Order all the time, they are great! They missed my wings order once and threw in a free cookie. Go Tony!

Sometimes, they have to utilize doordash drivers. I do not know how that ordered tasted nor if it looked good. The dasher gave me a run around about 10 minutes from when the Lil tracker said like 1min to delivery....I SURE AM HUNGRY AND I GOT A FREE COOKIE! The driver mentioned there must of been a big accident. Lots of ambulances. I live directly behind 211. NOPE! So, I give a few more minutes. It's like 10 minutes on top of the 10 minutes and well....the tracker showed that the dasher was at Lowe's/Walgreens. Shopping? Chilln'? DEFILING MY PIZZA!?!?!?! I called the restaurant, and the manager gave me a prompt refund. The driver shows up, and he's jaw jacking about the fictitious accident and how he can still hear ambulances. ?'s UM?... then I refuse the order, and he starts being mildly aggressive/pushy and how it's not his fault. I'm pretty easygoing, but when it comes to my food, ....not so much. The dasher also looked as if he dressed in a dark and dirty storage shed and wasn't very clean in personal hygiene. ? Yeah, no!!! Um? I couldn't resist, I closed the door in his face. ? Bye Falesha! ? I learned that I will have to pick up my own pizza order. I really wanted that treat.

Delivered wrong order to my house, it wasn’t even my address on the box. All they said was “I’ll call the driver” but no other solution. So, if you’re looking for your half cheese, half pepperoni stuffed crust and brownie cookies then I got them!

Pizza is always great & ready quickly

This is the only pizza place that will deliver to areas just outside of Southport. It's okay food when it hasn't been shoved into the side of the Box because of a quick stop in the car from bad traffic, or maybe it was dropped but that teaches me to order a pizza.

I used to love the pizzas. The worst pizza I have EVER had
