Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza was correct, my order was ready on time, and an employee even walked my pizza out to the car for me so that I could carry both of my kids across the parking lot. Five stars!

I usually have been pleased with my pizza
However, tonight was awful.
It was basically crust, dried up sauce (which I requested extra) and if was there cheese on it it must have dissolved.
It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. So
Disappointed! Will not order again.

Fantastic experience, the Manager Ryan went above and beyond to correct an employees mistake! Coached the employee on proper procedure without belittling them as is so common in food operations. Will be ordering again soon!

At 8:30 on a Monday, I was placing an order online and it cut off in the middle of it. So, I call and they said they were closing early!!! Supposed to be open til 12am. WTH

Do not order here, they will cancel your order after you’ve been waiting an hour for the food

Ordered a large anchovy and bacon pizza which cost $40. Took over an hour to get here which isn't unusual for this area but when it did the pizza was just one whole piece, not cut at all and they left out 4 of the sauces that I ordered as well. The pizza was bad also.

there was a blonde lady picking her nose and digging in her head like she had lice .. and went bock to cooking pizza without washing her hands
that is very disgusting and disrespectful
will never go here again since me and my bf got food poisoning after eating this pizza
the pizza was cold n it was summer time .. dough was gooey .. don’t order from here

and they was giving out the wrong orders to people too
needs better management and better people to work there

Pizza was overcooked. Pepperoni was burned. Pizza was VERY POORLY SLICED. Frozen pizza is looking better and better.

This Papa Johns used to be good but they seem to have gotten all new employees there now and it has gone downhill so badly. :( We used to get pizza from this location about 1 day every week but no longer want to go there as we never know if the pizza will be any good or not.

I got delivered the wrong pizza twice and the manager. Aiden was so responsive and so nice. Literally, this is how customer service should be.

I keep asking that someone spread the toppings out! OMG if you don't like making Pizza, work somewhere else! And was that a hair.. look at the food your serving your customers, and I'll stop creating goggles accounts to ask you to spread out the toppings, does anyone pay attention to the reviews? Very nice customer service, friendly staff, good pizza if you want toppings piled up...

The delivery was quick even though there is a long detour to get here. Great service, fast and delicious.
