I had the breakfast sandwiches and muffins, both were delicious. The star is always the coffee.

Last time my family and I came here, we were treated rather rudely. The two young lady employees there at the time absolutely did not know how to give good customer service; however, I decided to give PCJ another try recently because I loved the drinks. This time, I was greeted kindly by a different young lady. She was polite and helpful, along with the professional young man with her who finished my order in no time! Definitely much better experience. Will be returning!

Nice little place to get a good cup of coffee or baked goods. Very popular so be patient, there will probably be a line.
Stopped in and got a hot white mocha, it was very good. Will come by again!

I am not a fan of the coffee (I had a regular cup of black coffee) but the food is really good.

My drink was made with coffee when it was supposed to be a milkshake (big difference) and although the barista remade it, she didn’t really apologize. Very tight to get around when busy because it has a not great layout where the line to order also sorta blocks the side room. I had trouble navigating as someone with mobility problems, and that made it more annoying that my order was wrong because it meant I had to go up 4 times (to order, to collect, to tell them it was wrong, to collect correction) and each time navigate a maze of people and furniture. Two of the baristas also started arguing within earshot, which is uncomfortable to listen to when you’re trying to relax. One barista basically accused the other of just standing around but their conversation was very audible and uncomfortable to listen to. Overall just not the high quality service I would expect for the relatively high price tag.
I have loved this place since I was kid and my mom would let me walk a few blocks to hang out here all by myself. It brings me joy to see y'all are still here even as everything around this cute little coffee shop changes. Even the name has stayed the same, I loved to say it as a kid and still do. I brought my kiddos here for Mothers Day breakfast sharing with them my history with this place as a child. It is all so nostalgic! My daughter left her brand new kaleidoscope at the table and I was so shocked to return almost 2 days later and find they kept it at the register waiting on us ? Even more excited to say the service is TOP TIER and The food is DELICIOUS. Very excited to still be able to enjoy wonderful experiences at PCJ 20 whole years later. Thank you all who make it possible ?
