WOW!! Couldn't find a place that had openings for dinner last night, so we kept driving and stopped here. It was amazing!!! The atmosphere is wonderful, the decor and seating/tables are so culturally correct and beautiful. It was full of people but did not feel crowded at all. We were greeted graciously and shown to our seat. Our server, Holly, was so every personable and efficient. She kept checking on us and refiling our waters. The food! We go here often and enjoy it. It is on the pricey side. Some dishes are better than others. The hibachi is generally good, but sometimes the veggies are undercooked. I had the beef hibachi recently, and the steak was so chewy and dry so that wasn't great. The salmon sometimes lacks flavor. The appetizers are all good, sushi is excellent, and they have the best wonton soup. So overall an enjoyable meal/experience. The staff is also super nice as well as the owners.
The food is always good and consistent. The sushi is great! The service is always fast and friendly. Sophia always has a great smile and is always quick to fill your water glass and check on you.
