This business dictates the flow of traffic arround a urgent care as well as takes up all the parking spaces. This Starbucks hurts people.

Staff is in dire need of customer service training and act unprofessional, they provide the wrong drinks often, the place can be empty but the tables are sticky and unkept. I understand these are younger kids but for the price paid, I’d like a bit more care into my order and cleanliness.

Super friendly greeting at the drive-thru. There was a big order in front of me and the server apologized for my weight, I told her no worries because there's nothing you can do when you're in the drive-thru and the van in front of you has a big order :) she appreciated my comment.

Whoever is working at the window dark hair kinda purplish looking. About 35/40 years old, needs to not be working the window if she's having a bad day. Totally changed the moods of my whole family with her snapping attitude and caring less that I asked for dairy free drinks. You should serve customers with a smile and if your unable to because you have issues you need to work where you don't need to communicate with customers.9:15ish am on 4/2/25

At first, there service was hit or miss, lately, we go weekly for our Friday meetings and everything has been excellent. The employees are fantastic, very friendly and considerate. It has become something we look forward to! Thank you, Starbucks for making our weekly treat enjoyable!!

Never been to a Starbucks this bad, rude, rude, rude staff! They continue to talk junk among themselves while the customers stand there and can overhear. I’ll never be back to this dump, buy your coffee local, seems Starbucks just doesn’t care. Based on their reviews, this locations is just an overall joke. Do better!
