Out of all of the employees at fast food restaurants in Southport, the manager Kiki at this location stands out among everyone else. She is personable, professional and makes a dang good sandwich! We went in yesterday and came back again today for another because it was just so good. Her leadership skills are also apparent by how well her staff operate. I hope that her supervisor/corporate Subway realize what an asset she is to their company and compensate her accordingly.

DO NOT ORDER THE NACHOS. A small bag of chips plus even smaller amount of condiments. A major rip off for five bucks. Instead, go to Cook Out and get their walking tacos...Subway you should be ashamed.
Last time I went in, there was one young man in the store and he didn’t know how to work the register and he told me to leave without my sandwich, even after it was made. He was very rude and not willing to even try to take my gift card. I’ll never go back.
Janice is the worst trained employee. I walked in and she’s alone in the back. I waited a while before finally yelling to get her to come to the front. Terrible attitude! I asked for a footlong #18. With an attitude said, “What’s that!” Wow.

No meatballs ready for dasher had to wait 15 mins. I ordered a footlong AND PAID FOR IT and subway made me a 6 inch. I was splitting this sub with my son so had to give to him and now I have no lunch after waiting forever and paying for one.
Walked into this location. 5pm beginning of dinner time. 2 employees didn't greet us just told us they were on break. Break at the same time during dinner? A sign of poor management and lack of training. Taking our business to Jersey Mike's every time from now on. You get what you pay for in today's age.
The guy who served us was very helpful. It has been a couple of years since we have been to a subway but this was a pleasant experience.

This is the Subway to take your business to in the area. Got sandwiches there last night, and they were too much for one sitting. Excellent last night.

Wish I could give zero stars! Don’t waste your time or money. Go to another location. We love subway but this location just can’t get it right. They can’t seem to hire anyone that can’t be professional or has any work ethic. They are disrespectful and don’t care how you ask to have your food made they will do what they want. We will never be back again. The owner really needs to step in. This is ridiculous.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. EVER. I made an online order at 1:15pm, went to pick it up at 2:15pm. I was just quickly going in to get my sandwich (paid for already). I did not have my phone on me. I told the manager Kiki my name and I needed to pick up my order. "I don't have any online orders" I was told. So I went out to my car and got my phone. I showed it to Kiki and she said she did not have it and was not going to make it. I asked her (she never looked to see if there was an order or not) to look for the order and she said there was not one and she was not going to make the sandwich. So, I asked for my money back and she said NO I am not giving your money back. Then threatened to call the cops! Call the cops! I just wanted my money back, but Kiki had a horrible attitude and would not give me my money back. She then left and went to the back of the store. I sat down and started looking on the website on how to contact Subway to get my money back. After 5 mins of me sitting there she comes back with someone on the phone. They wanted to make my sub for me, but I told them no at this point I wanted my money back. She made a fake order and refunded it to me. She did not know how to do the refund herself. Then gave me back the wrong amount. Kiki should not be managing a subway and I will never order from there again.

The manager Keke or KiKi SUCKS just as simple as that. Her attitude is terrible, the way she talks to customers is terrible. She tells you to shut up & / or makes hand motions to tell you to shut up, threatens to call the cops just because the store didn't get an online order & we requested our $$ back instead. Then refunds the wrong amount back!! I will be making sure her bosses see this review.

Out of many ingredients. No chicken trading, out of some dressings and out of lettuce. Should close. Wont be back. Publics subs are better and cheaper
Honestly they need to either close this place down or fire everybody and start over. This place is a joke. They take your money and can’t make your order right and then refuse to fix it or even give a refund back. I’ve been calling for days. No answer. Tried calling corporate nothing. So emailed twice nothing. Still haven’t got my refund back. The meat on my subs were frozen. But I also put on my order I wanted both subs toasted. He failed to do that. And he tells me he is not authorized to use the toaster he isn’t authorized to give me my money back. He is not authorized to fix my food and that he’s also not a manager and that there is not a manager on duty and when I asked for him to call the manager, he told me to call corporate with an attitude. Like I said go ahead and close this place down. Subway is the worse! And I do have a video of the interaction and have a picture of this dude and from all the comments I can tell it’s the same guy and you should definitely revisit with your employees about your rules and protocols about hygiene.

Worst subway I’ve ever had. Everything tastes old and hard as a rock. 10/10 do not recommend lol
I went to get a flatbread sub- the flatbread they used was stale and old. They were missing a tool and could not use the toaster. The drink/ ice machine was broken. I was thoroughly disappointed.
