I got the 3 Doritos locos tacos supreme combo and the amount of beef was disappointing, all three looked like this. I am now hungrier than before this visit and $11.20 poorer.

Was missing items and others were incorrect. What I did get was well made, fresh and delicious. KFC is gone now, idk if that will be a good or bad thing.
I love taco bell. But recently moved to Southport and I have to say I will not be ordering anymore. This Has to be the worst taco bell period. It's the only one close enough to get to. Won't do any app combo offers, won't offer any app rewards, ran into rude in person service and food quality is beyond talking bad about. Messy and not properly portioned. Needs a manager to take control. Much less figure out the app. The fact that I now would have to drive 20+ miles to use my rewards before they expire is bullshit.

I ordered at the drive-thru. When I checked my order, I had to go inside to get a missing item (there were only 4 things I ordered and 3 were the same thing). When I got home, I found they gave me 3 soft tacos instead of 3 soft tacos supreme. There were 2 people before me and one behind me at the drive-thru and no one inside. If I hadn't checked, my entire order would be wrong. Really bummed because it should have satisfied a craving I had.

Today we went to go get the new gelato and as usual we both got cantina boxes, 12 and 13, both of which come with a taco and chips and cheese as well as their respective cantina items and drink. we did not recieve chips and cheese in one box so we waited at the window for the drivethrough worker to reopen it. She was very unpleasant and rude and rather than just giving our missing item to us she tried to say it no longer came with it... this is untrue as we called other taco bells and looked online for confirmation after the fact.
tldr: rude worker would rather lie than give a missing item when politely asked.
