I don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re super positive to spotlight a good place but this Taco Bell is wild. I made a joke when my wife was picking up our food “hopefully they get it right this time since they’re basically 0 for 5 with online ordering attempts”. She got to the drive thru and it was our order up there, everything looked good then at the window is handed drinks and a bag and actually questioned if they were sure this was ours and they said yes absolutely and confirmed the name. Of course it was someone else’s food. This has happened literally EVERY time ordering from the app at this location except one time they got the order right but complained endlessly about how difficult an order it was to explain away the 20+ minute wait (it was two luxe boxes? Not that crazy lol). Someone needs to get in here and start running this TBell like the Navy.

Ordered on the app and picked up our measl in the drive thru. The service was good but the portion size was definitely lacking. We frequent several locations and this one was noticeably stingy. As we passed out our food we could tell by just how light everything was even before unwrapping our food. I would estimate that we receive 1/2 to a 1/3 less of the meat, beans and rice in our tacos, burritos, and gorditas. This is the closest location to us but we will have to try elsewhere if portions do not improve.

Long wait time, roughly 30 minutes, finally went inside and asked where my food was, which was two tacos, and finally got my food, only to realize they forgot our drinks, so we went inside AGAIN and got our drinks. We were heading home, and looked in the bag to make sure our food was right, it wasn't. Would give zero stars if I could.

I got the 3 Doritos locos tacos supreme combo and the amount of beef was disappointing, all three looked like this. I am now hungrier than before this visit and $11.20 poorer.
Food pretty good, staff very unpersonable, tables dirty...and shouldn't have been...it was very slow in there. Trash smelled very bad.
