Haven’t come here for 2 years because my order is always wrong.. mom wanted Wendy’s so I decided to give it another go, wrong order again. Most of our food was old and as dry as the Sahara. Will not be going back ever.

A bunch of employees and not a one to operate the front order/ register. We were unable to make a special order via their kiosk so we went elsewhere. Good luck. The drive thru look operational.

This location has various times especially for the lobby. They've been short staffed for what feels like years. Everyone I've interacted with has been pleasant and friendly. At night after 8pm and sometimes before 7 the lobby has been closed with no signs indicating as to why. I assume it's because they only have maybe 4 people at any given time. They do the best they can.
If you're a delivery person expect to wait awhile for your order, because they make it when you arrive, its not already made.
If you're an inpatient person this is not the food place for you and would not recommend, as you could be sitting in the drive through for more than 10 minutes since the lobby is closed especially at night. The food has always been fresh and my favorite items is fries with a side of cheese. If you're a cheesy person like me make sure to order 2 cheese sauce as a side. Its small in size and 1 is not enough for a large fry. I also recommend the Oreo brownie twists preferably the vanilla version. This location also will close before the location signage time. If you need to oder via door dash or Uber eats. I recommend no later than 10:30pm instead of 5 minutes before they close.

At night after 10pm items are guaranteed to not be available. Please make sure if you're getting your food delivered from this location, be prepared to let your driver know what replacements you would like. I just had an experience while doing door dash. The customer would not answer the phone and would not respond to text messages either. Unfortunately this affects times, burns up gas, and holds up other customers. Patience is key for all customers and delivery picks.

They get my order wrong half the time and overcharge me the other half. Sometimes the food is inedible. I got a sandwich that was like eating a rubber tire. If you have a food allergy, this place would probably poison you. Stay away.

The Real Griffin

Of all things to get rid of they get rid of sweet-and-sour sauce and replace it with some nasty sweet chili and act like that’s the same thing I asked for was literally the only thing that made me come to Wendy’s has decent sweet-and-sour sauce for your nuggets and french fries so absolutely no reason to spend my money here now Ridiculous why these fast food restaurants keep getting rid of simple good things

Ordered food through DoorDash here, once the food arrived , was missing 4 items, which was 2 peoples complete meals. DoorDash refunded the money for missing items, placed another order for the missing items. Was given a 15 minute window for arrival time, Wendy’s kept pushing the time back by 10 minutes for over an hour then cancelled the order and closed the store for the night. Y’all suck!!!

We visited here and the food everything was just not a good experience. There was a Wendy's employee sitting at a table just digging in his nose and then got up and went behind counter and started working without washing hands. I got the Dave's cheeseburger and bit into it and meat was raw. Everyone's fries were cold. And the people there were not friendly at all. Would not recommend eating here at all.
