Main Street Pizzeria & Taphouse

Drove 11 hours to the area for a wedding. Hadn't been back to Sparta in 5 years. Talked about this pizza the whole 5 years i was gone! Needless to say...were driving back home 11 hours with two Tap House pizzas. 😂 Yes. Its that good.

The pizza is so good & the staff is fabulous! Big shout out to our waitress Rosie she’s wonderful highly recommended her if you go here

Had a great visit here back in the spring. Wings were great pizza super good. No more cheap wings since covid hit. But I like this place come early its packed after 6pm. Very clean, not sure if the salad bar was available. Stopped by again 5/30/26 wings were maybe the best I've had. Got the meat pizza it was very good!

I work as a traveling home health nurse, and this is by far the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had, and I eat take out a lot. I will definitely order again.

After a day of hiking in Grayson Highlands Park, the tap list was extensive, the pizza was decent and the burger was really good. Enjoyed the extra crispy fries. Cool environment.

Monique and Xavier have the best customer service skills! I doordash there a bunch and can tell they take care of there employees!! I got some buffalo chicken dip from them the other day and man that was so good it was better than mine! Also, let's not forget the hamburgers are always the best item on the menu! The waitresses are also very nice as well!!!

We were in the area hiking and stopped in Sparta for dinner. It’s a small town with limited options, but we gave this place a try and it will definitely be our new go-to whenever we’re nearby. The wings, salads, burgers, and fries were all delicious.

The bar menu is a little limited (for example, they didn’t have the ingredients for an Old Fashioned), but they do offer straight liquors, wine, and beer on tap. Overall, the food and atmosphere made it well worth the stop.

Great lunch

Didn’t have much time since I was only passing by, but I’m glad I did.. food was amazing! Ate in the car on my way home and just felt like the food was unbelievably tasty! Definitely worth it!

Went with family and friends , party of just 6, they did not have a table open would be a 40 min wait, I ask if we could do two table that were open, because we have done that a lot over the years at other restaurants. She told me no they can not let us have two tables. So we took our business elsewhere !!
