Great food in Sparta. Looking forward to experiencing their music as well.

i recognize tonight is the 4th and we came in at 8ish however i called to make sure it was okay and they said so. walked in and waited 10-15 minutes before someone even acknowledged that we were there and sat us (tons of staff walked by and stared and no “we’ll be right with you” until like 1 minute before we were sat). we got our drink order and then a girl came to ask if we’ve been helped and became our server which was good. ordered 3 appetizers to go and waited 35 minutes. there were only like 3-5 other tables as well. i saw a large to go order so i understand that bit. our server was nice and understanding but at the end when we went to pay, i tried to complain in person just to say that we waited 10-15 to be acknowledged (in a kind way) when we stood there waiting and she completely ignored us— i understand if she didn’t hear. but it’s a bit frustrating considering a lot of the review replies you guys have say to complain in person to get helped. i don’t want to argue, the food is fine.

Waited 90 minutes. Bathroom had no paper towels. Waitress never apologized for late food. Also, they ran out of pulled pork and had to switch to another meal for us.

Everything was great...only disappointment is that the dinner plates on the menu are only available after 5:00 pm which the menu doesn't state.

No go! We and every table around us (5 tables total on a Wed evening) didn't receive what we ordered. The food quality was 2 star.
Bar tender called out and my dirty vodka martini was brown...no words!
Obviously no or completely incompetent management. I feel bad for the staff!

My experience was well below expectations. The food was under par, lacking both flavor and care in execution. What made it worse was the tiny portion size, especially considering the premium price they’re charging. It felt like a poor value from start to finish.

If they want to keep customers coming back, they need to take immediate action to elevate the quality of their dishes and serve proper, fair portions. At this point, the gap between price and product is simply too wide to ignore.

The food was amazing but that’s the only thing that was good. We ordered 4 different mixed drinks an they all came the same. They all tasted terrible. They need a new bartender. The waitress we had she seemed like she was out of it, never shared a smile, we felt rushed to get out there because she kept coming every 10 min asking if we wanted to order anything else. We also ordered a cookie and cream ice cream and it had no flavor, just tasted like milk.

Very good food and excellent service. We will be back. Update 5/8/26... we ate the Cuban sandwich, it was delicious. They have a good side salad also.

The loaded nachos were kind of lackluster needed salt and the amount of chili was negligible but the beer was good. We went to order two bottles of whiskey and made sure not to pick the one that was out of stock but then the one we wanted to buy was not marked out of stock and both were....
