I would not eat here if it was the last place to eat! The staff (Audrey waitress) makes fun of mentally handicapped calling a 52 year old handicapped man who was a regular a faggot! 100% do not recommend this place to eat! The owner knows about the situation and fails to take care of it!

We always come here to eat when we visit. Server was good to us, our problem was the food. Had the breakfast today and it was SUPER disappointing. Drinks were just okay. The buffet was cold and the food was very bland. Spent $50 for 3 people and was upset because our food really didn’t feel worth the price. We will not return after this visit. Also, found a hair in my French toast.

I have been here several times and the food has been great. This was the first time for breakfast. I would not recommend going for breakfast at all!! The service was absolute wonderful. My husband ordered an egg and sausage omelet. I have never seen an omelet made this way at all. It was made with sliced cheese, that was not even melted. I asked the waitress about it, she stated that's how the cook makes them there. The gravy had no taste at all. Just all around horrible food for breakfast. And as soon as we complained, our good service was cut completely off. When we talked to the check out person, she said we were not the only ones to complain about the way the cook was cooking the food but the owner wouldn't do anything about. We will not be going back for breakfast and as a matter of fact, probably will be a long time , if ever, for supper as well!!
I only had the salad bar and was very well pleased. They have an extensive menu available and prices are very reasonable.

We used to love The Pines, but the last year it seems every time we call in an order SOMETHING is wrong! This time we got 2 Hamburger steak plates with cheese and onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn bread ($26+). The hamburger steak was very dry and the cheese all pulled off with the paper they put on top. NOW the worst part... I'm embarrassed for them with the corn bread they sent... it was a brick! And apparently it was freshly made as per the employee who took our order. UNACCEPTABLE! It's something EVERYTIME SINGLE TIME we order!!! You'd think we'd learn! Very disappointing. And we know what’s going to happen every time we order…. I don’t know why we torture ourselves.
