I am gluten free, dairy free, and egg free—eating out can be hard and pizza is basically a no-go. Pizzeria had a gluten free cauliflower crust that was actually good! I skipped the cheese and added a couple extra toppings for a genuinely tasty pizza, even with all my restrictions. Thanks Pizzeria!
Note—I am NOT celiac, and am fine with cross contamination. If you have a severe allergy, obviously consult the staff, but for my slight intolerances, everything was a-ok (and good)!“

“Our family looks forward to our annual trip to Ciro's when we travel through Independence. We always order something different because everything we have tried had been so amazing! Servings are huge and enough for two people. Pasta is incredible. Pizza's are chefs kiss.... Amazeballs! We just love your restaurant and wish we were closer to eat here more often!“

“Love the place since they moved, The other place always smelled like cilantro when we walked in. New restaurant is spread out, Very aztec looking when you walk in, Customers aren't on top of eachother. They do need some IPA'S Corona doesn't get it for us. Food comes out hot and fast, and there's always leftovers to take home. Prices are not bad either.“
