We love eating at this location in Spencer. The food is always hot and fresh and service is fast. Employees are polite and the coffee is always hot and you can tell it’s fresh. Very pleased!!

The food was fantastic. Whitney was a legend!
There was 1 car in the drive thru and a line of people inside but all they cared about was the drive thru and we stood there for 10 minutes just for them to tell us that it would be another 10 minutes before our screaming child could get his chicken leg. There was 5 employees in there, 2 of which continued to walk around lost and in a daze completely ignoring us. The only halfway competent one was the male in the back cooking AND coming out to take orders.

Asked for a 3 piece... There was only one piece of dark meat I was told,a leg ,the rest I would get in White meat... Have me that last old leg. A small wing and a breast.
Next time give Your customers 2 breasts and a wing. Thanks.

Seemed short staffed. Had a whole line in the drive thru and inside. I walked inside and waited maybe three minutes with a ton of people ahead of me so I left bc we didn’t even have a cashier there in place.

Workers can't seem to get it together. 4 different people approached the drive thru to ask our order. Fries was under cooked, but hot to say the least. Good thing about this location, they had no sauce.
I just left this Bojangles. I ordered two sausage egg and cheese biscuits and fries. I paid for it and the young man, didn't give me a receipt then he hands me a bag with one biscuit and one fry in it and I looked in the bag and told him there was only one biscuit and one fry when I ordered two. I literally had no reason to lie about it, and the manager said they weren't going to argue? Why would I cause an argument when I was looking at them and told the truth? It makes no sense to treat a customer like that and will no longer be buying food from there that was completely disrespectful.

$3+ Dollars for a sausage biscuit is way to high

Food was cold and the fries were over seasoned and crunchy. You could see they tried to heat the box up instead of making fresh food. I guess they were too lazy to make fresh food.

The one in Rockwell nc is not that great...
We visited the morning of July 10th. Never again. Food was way too greasy, even for a fast food restaurant. The female working the register was pushy, and we were the only people in line.

It's Bojangles. Prices have risen and quality decreased, the biscuit is not what it used to be.
Sad, but pretty common in today's market.
