I went with a big group, and it was a great experience they took the orders promptly, food came out shortly afterwards and it seemed everyone got their order correct for a table of 8 to get everything right straight away is fantastic. Thank you staff!!

Hendrix Barbecue is a popular local restaurant that offers a diverse menu at an excellent value. The service is prompt and the staff is friendly, making it a great spot for families. The food is flavorful, with favorites like the 1/2 chicken and the Friday fish special, although consistency can vary. The restaurant also features kid-friendly deals, as kids eat free (3 kids max per adult), making it a great choice for families. Sides like hushpuppies, fries, and mac n cheese are also a hit. The atmosphere is casual and can get loud during peak hours, but the prices are reasonable and portions are generous. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, though the doors may be tight to navigate alone. With a small parking lot, it's best suited for smaller vehicles. Many customers have noted the attentive service, especially from staff members like Valerie, and the delicious food keeps them coming back.
