The food is good as usual but the customer service in the drive thru has taken a nosedive recently. I don't know if maybe the mic at the window isn't working well or what but something almost always gets messed up on my order every time I go now and that sucks because this is the closest fast food to my home. Also just generally unfriendly as well. I don't expect them to kiss up to me obviously, I understand working in fast food can be stressful so its hard to be ecstatic being there, but still it feels close to hostile the past few times I've been.

Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The store is dirty! we went through the drive-through, and had to wait because they had to make half of my order because they didn’t have it ready which is fine, but I waited 10 minutes out in my car, and when I went to go inside to see if it was ready, yet, the cashier upfront was shoving trash down with her hands and when I had asked her if my food was ready, she grabbed my sandwich and put it in the bag. I had asked her if she knew which sandwich it was that she had put in the bag so she took it out, opened the box and touched the bun with her bare hands that she was just using to mash the trash down, to check to see which sandwich it was. When I asked her, if she just touched my food, she copped an attitude and threw the food back towards the kitchen. She asked the cook to remake me a sandwich and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager stared at me blankly as I explained my frustrations and told me there’s really nothing that she can do to help the situation. I will NOT be returning to this location.

I live 2 blocks away from here so I used to frequently go here. But every time me or anyone I know goes here something always gos wrong. No napkins, no utensils, no straws are the smaller things. I don't remember the last time they got my order correct, the food is normally cool, the employees always have an attitude. This is by far the WORST Bojangles in town. I will go way out of my way to avoid this place from now on.
