Called 2 days in a row to place a pick up order first day was an hour and a half before closing said they wasn’t taking anymore orders then called the next day at 7:30 said again they weren’t taking orders store was being closed early also offers online ordering discount but when you try to order online it says not available ate here once and it wasn’t a bad experience no wonder it’s always dead when you drive by

Food wasn't good. chicken was wet , dry over cooked pizza had no flavor be better off eating a Lil Caesars pizza and everyone knows there trash. Got the combination plate looked like they threw the food in the box had grease coming off it just straight terrible ??? only thing that was nice was the delivery driver. But all in all 42.57 wasted never eating there again nor would I recommend there greasy over priced food

Very delicious wings. Trust me when I say the barbecue wings are the best try then! Get yourself some hamburger bread and get right!

The woman taking my order got my order all wrong and when I called Chris told me that he would make my order over and that I could give them my wrong order back. The woman called me back and cursed me out!!! And said they weren’t going to make my food over. I asked to speak to the owner and she would not put him on the phone. She has a NASTY attitude. I am a repeat customer, but I will NEVER go there again. Horrible Service. No Stars!!

Italy Cafe is one of the best restaurants in Spencer, they are courteous and respectful when it comes to ordering over the phone and with their deliveries. Sometimes we have to remember that being one of the best restaurants in Spencer it can be busy so in return respect goes along way! So if they are busy at a point in time when you call, remember Patience is Virtue so let’s make sure to keep this business in Spencer and that when you get (hangury)“hungry&angry” they can provide you with the best!

Waitress was fine and doing everything she could. Food took over 45 minutes and no heat on in the building. We won’t be back.
