How is it that Subway sandwich shop has no lettuce at all at 3:00 in the afternoon?

What is up with this location?? They either don't have enough people working and or they are OUT of almost EVERYTHING. Not how a business should be ran. Employee was friendly, I don't know who's job it is to order this stuff and or have things ready like the bread but they are failing miserably. They only get 2 stars because I enjoy the subs when they have the ingredients

This place has been one of my favorites since high school… they’ve switched owners a few times and they have had ups and downs but I believe the new management is doing a fine job. They have good employees and good service.
Everytime I come here I'm always welcomed and satisfied with the service I receive , and your employee Patrice is excellent and very polite and conversational and does a excellent job and needs a raise!

UPDATE: We brought the sandwiches back to the store this evening. I don't know his name, but the young black gentleman was so nice and polite -- he redid our sandwiches, no attitude, made very well. That's why I changed to 4 stars. ******* We ordered two tuna footlongs, VERY specific, one with several vegetables and cheese, one with lettuce only, no cheese, because my husband is allergic to cheese of any type. Guess which one got the cheese? Fortunately, he only ate a small bite, a corner that didn't have the cheese -- cheese was very skimpy. I tried to call the store, let it ring twice at 15 rings each and no one picked up. I. Am. Not. Pleased. If I can get over there -- I'm disabled -- they will hear about it. If there was a star less than one, they'd get that.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Ever since they changed owners and management earlier this year it’s been horrible. Constantly out of bread, meats, chips and fountain drinks or tea. There’s usually only 1 person working even at their busiest times. My online order wasn’t ready for 50 minutes. Unacceptable! I will never go here again and I strongly advise you do the same. You’ll be happier elsewhere
