The foods ok. Service was exceptional. HOWEVER, after realizing how greedy the owners are, I will not be back. Foods already over priced due to charging for things like a very sparse amount of burger toppings like lettuce and a tomato or pickles. Individually charged mind you! .69 for a teeny piece of lettuce. Come on now! BUT at least it’s on the menu so not too mad bout that. Reason I won’t be back is because of how they treat their staff. The waitresses are dependent exclusively on tips. But, they won’t let you add a tip when paying with a card. Oh, but for $3 or so you can use their atm machine they have there so conveniently. I asked the waitress if I can cashap her tip and she said they are not allowed to. That’s so sleezy and it screws their staff over! If i were in a hurry like usual, I’d not been able to tip her and she did and excellent job and was very attentive and I’d felt terrible about it. Luckily, I had the time today so I drove to the CashPoints to get cash and come back to tip her. Tipped her well over 50 percent cause I empathized for her so much and wanted to compensate cause no way she’s making much with those stipulations. Not the energy I want after eating out. Sure ain’t giving the greedy crooked owner my $3 or any more of my business from now on. May reconsider if or when they start treating there staff better.

This place is outstanding! I'm glad we stopped here instead of Denny's or the other chain restaurants that Google maps suggested along our route. My daughter and I got the steak tips and I had fried okra and green beans. Fried okra was perfect and crispy without being overcooked. Green beans tasted like the kind Dad used to make growing up. Next time I'm up this way we're gonna swing by before 11 for breakfast. Great portion sizes for the price.

Feels like you're going home for lunch. The food is good, servers are friendly.. service is timely. We enjoy having a meal there and being able to visit with friends.
Probably the best hamburger steak I have ever had. Service was exceptional. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is they don't have the capability to leave a tip on the card. I don't typically carry cash, and I felt guilty that I couldn't leave a tip for my server because she was exceptional!

The owner is incredibly rude to customers and to his staff. He also refused to honor the promotion on the back of Boy Scout cards advertising for him that he agreed to. Put your money in someone else’s pocket because he doesn’t deserve it.
