Tried to call and order food. Girl who picked up said to leave a message and they would call back. So I called back and she answered put the phone left me on hold for 5 minutes. Hung the phone up. So I called back again. And another woman picked up and said to call back in like 5 minutes. Poor management skills. Place ain't never hit big on there bbq. But its the only place in town. Since fat Tracy's shutdown.

My sister-in-law had her wedding yesterday and this unprofessional place “catered” it. They dropped the food off that’s it!! No serving utensils, no way to keep the food warm, and guests had to set the food up. The bridal party took a few pictures after the ceremony which led to the guests setting up the food. When we walked into the reception the bride and groom’s plate were made immediately, then everyone made their plates. Thankfully the people who own the venue and had a few utensils we could use. Needless to say the food was cold. Then she received a call today wondering where the food was because they came to the venue to pick it up. Why he thought the food that was bought for this wedding was theirs is beyond me. I’m hoping that this helps another bride looking to use this place to “cater”. Keep looking. You do not want this aggravation and added stress on your wedding day.

I was at a wedding this weekend where they were “catered” the food! Their idea of catering was dropping off cold food with no way to serve the food! There was only 1 type of bbq sauce and it was like pouring water on the chop. I don’t recommend there services….. according to the wedding party they didn’t make things right!!! Negative stars!!!

I arrived less than an hour before they closed, which I hate doing. But the customer service was great, the food is always great, and the price is good. I fed my family of 3 adults and 2 children for $40. And I mean, well fed, with really good food.

I picked up a pound of bbq with sides to take home for the weekend. It was wonderful! We heated up our bbq and hush puppies in the oven for a few minutes. We enjoyed baked beans and bbq slaw too. We also love the vinegar based bbq sauce; homemade. We loved it all. We will be back!!

Out of buns! Are you serious???? 12 noon! We were told Truck didn't show. Also out of Mac and cheese, out of fries . Wow! They should just have made extra order the first time. !! Food was good but the urgency of waitressing was not there! Need more pep in step! This business need some serious attention. I own my own business, and I know how to make sure I have supplies to last! Also, I met somebody that ate there before they said they were cursed out by somebody that told him not to f$&@ing come back no more. ! Wow! I don't think I would support a business like this

The manager off this place, Tim, is the most rudest and cockiest person I have ever met. I had a bad experience at this restaurant today. My food was cold and we waited for a very long time for our order. Once we got our order there was no BBQ sauce on it. We waited another 10 min for that so our food was even colder and we decided we were not going to eat and politely told the waitress we were leaving. As we were walking through downtown a cop approached us and apparently Tim told the cops we dined and dashed. We went with the cop back to the restaurant to clear up the misunderstanding and as I am telling T the problem we had he said that it was bullshit and proceeded to cuss at me. Waiting to get on with my day I agreed to just pay for it. At the counter I asked my waitress if she heard me say that we were leaving and she said yes. She then went to clear up the situation with Tim where he proceeded to say do not come back and "when I owned a fucking business I would understand." Not my words his. When I told him we left because his food sucked he got cocky and said "yeah that's why we have trophies." I will not support a business like that. It's sad when they can not own up to their own mistakes. I will forever put this business down in my books as the worst in Rutherford county

1st time there and I went for the brisketThey had no brisket so I got the pulled pork, I wanted slaw for my side, no slaw made!The pork had a good flavor but it could have been less “chewy” the fries were cold and probably sat for awhile in the kitchen.All in all I was not that impressed but, I will go back to try brisket if they have any!!Parking: Very hard to back out ontoMain street !! Have to have a spotter to get out

This is nothing but a bar dive. They were out of the ingredients for a main dish at 11:30am!!! We were one of two parties in the place. Bathrooms were nasty with a wet film on the mirror I was able to run my finger through. Waitstaff was rude; overpriced for the quality.
