Having to order from kiosk stupid and frustrating. Going to the place where you would usually order and the place is not busy and all of the employees just stare at you until you go order on this lifeless screen so the corporation can save money.

I waited 30 min for cold food. I was told to pull up in spot 1 to wait on a fresh fry. After 20 min past I called and was told my fry would be out in a min along with remade food that I requested for waiting so long. The lady came out and brought me a remake of the wrong order and asked me multiple times what I ordered. I told her, she went back in and I guess forgot about me again so after 12 more min I called back and she insisted that my order just got done and she was on her way out. She brought me the order a couple min later and the fries were cold and the double cheeseburgers nor the qtr pounder was fresh. I waited 30+ min for nasty cold food. I could not go inside because my toddler was in the car and she was sleeping. Also the phone rang for 5 min before anyone answered. Absolutely horrible service.

Every time I come here it’s a 30+ minute wait for a few items just because I order inside. It’s ridiculous how neglected inside orders are. Every time I come here there’s people standing around talking about how long they’ve been waiting as well. Something needs to change here

My triple cheeseburger was slightly unwrapped and large fries were like warm and my chicken nuggets were cold! Damn if this is how y'all care for your customers, there will be more people getting sick or you're losing alot of business smdh! This is pathetic! Totally wasted $15

I got someones special request on my breakfast sausage mcmuffin with an egg it didnt have cheese on it. Two days ago i also got the wrong order. Only had 1 sandwich instead of 2. U need to improve or im going somewhere else for breakfast

Haven't gotten an order that was correct in months. Rudest employees that just ignore your there. Really do not like their last remodel at all! Can't get napkins, salt or anything without going to the register and good luck with that!
