I have not walked into a McDonalds and sit down to eat in years . It was a different world inside . Only one register, no soda refill station also if you don't ask for your condiments you won't get any unless you ask for them . But by the time you go back up to ask for some you have to wait inline because with only one register there may be a couple of customers ordering. So by the time you get them your food is to cold to enjoy it

Half of the order yourself machines don't work. After I used my app to earn points the card reader wasn't working. I walked to the check out counter.I had to wait 5 minutes before someone walked over to me. I told them the problem. Instead of telling me she pulled her own app up and put the code in and didn't tell me until I called her out on it. If you ask me that seems unfair to earn points on other people's dime. All she said was she couldn't do anything my time of service was 105 1/20/25

Atmosphere is rated low because I don't go inside. I use the drive thru.
