Stopped by today after riding on the Thermal Belt Trail. Had a chicken salad sandwich. It was served WARM on toasted bread. The chicken salad was meaty but lacked any real additions to it. It was served with a bag of chips and dill pickle slice. Disappointing to say the least. We also had a piece of chocolate pecan pie. Okay; not hardly any pecans in it. We asked when they would be back to full operation and the lady told us “when they can afford to buy more food”. Until then,...
I hadn’t stopped here because I just didn’t know. Now I do! It’s fantastic! I used to stop years ago but when it changed hands, I didn’t stop. What was I thinking?! The service is super friendly. The food selection is very appropriate for the area, and it was excellent. The prices are right in line with other neighboring restaurants. Please make a point of stopping for lunch. They are only open till 3:00. You won’t regret it. AND they serve beer!! A win-win!
I had a delicious lunch here today! I ordered the club sandwich that was loaded with fresh meats and cheeses and made with a seasoned mayo that gave it a nice kick! Kettle chips and a pickle spear came with it. The freshly brewed coffee was rich and inviting. The counter service was outstanding, and I felt valued as a guest. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend giving Spin City Cafe a try. It’s perfect for a lunch date, meeting a friend, or dining solo.
