Top Dog is a well established, almost historical landmark that is just off of highway 74 on Oakland Rd. The owner, Jim Owens is well known in the area and very respected by most people. The place is not a immaculate yet the food is great. Mr Owens is a friendly person and often has visitors come in from various parts of the country. Yes there have been people coming in from other states and have come back when they came back through the area. He has the usual items in a restaurant hot dogs hamburgers cheeseburgers fries it also has beef dogs fish sandwiches and chicken and barbecue it also has fountain drinks such as Pepsi, mountain dew. Jim is also a published writer. It is race friendly as well as LGBT friendly it is also family friendly. Do not expect the crowd but do expect very good dining. This place is a joke! The place was dirty, junked up, no waitresses or waiters, and the food was HORRIBLE! I have been sick for almost 2 days now after eating here. I highly DO NOT recommend this place at all!
